Technically nothing

It's just that, since the site kind of changed (There was another site in 2012) it lost some of the functions which were there including the custom user titles.

Here, there just isn't an option to make a custom user title

Custom titles, I can't remember. I think they ended up so open to abuse they got nerfed but I can't really remember.
