"Guten Abend, it has reached my ears that something is stirring in the deep places of the Omicron Systems, some say it's the Order making a 'come back', others cite stories of strange creatures drifting the area in small swarms. Whatever this is I am sure that we can agree that for the safety of both Houses it must be investigated as both our Houses lay close to the Omicron Star Systems.

This I would propose a joint expedition to investigate the nature of this new flux of activity and if there is a danger to our Houses, shut it down if possible. I myself plan on joining such an expedition as I want to know for myself if there is indeed a threat to us both lingering in the depths of space.

The plan would be simple, a small force would make their way towards Sigma-17 and join up over Samura's Kurile, we would than make our way together towards what appears to be the origin of the disturbance and investigate it's origins.

I wish to include the Kusari Republic in this venture as it's not only Rheinland that stands in the shadow of this disturbance, but also your own House. I await your reply and hope that through cooporation between us we will uncover the mystery.
