Lost account due to launchpad fail

Hello there!

I somehow lost my account.
My Account names were:

Haimen|Cable.Hogue (AI)
and a GMG character named Okasari.Wake

My Cable.Hogue ship was an AI drone and my Okasari.Wake ship was a GMG Mining Vessel.

Is it possible to set new move char codes to transfer them to the new account?

have you tried loading freelancer up without using the launchpad? that might get your account back unless you were using a different account and just forgot to save the launchpad. most problems with launchpad come from people not saving their accounts.

I already tried but it didn't work. My accounts were not there somehow.
Is there another way to get them back?

PM an admin telling him the name of the ships and asking him/her to set them a /movechar code, and wait. If the wait is too long, keep on waiting. If the wait is again too long, PM them again. Patience is the key in this matters.
