Now I have worked the niobium fields of Leeds for quite a while, I was thinking about the constant pirate attacks...even the occasional Gallia scum.
I was also thinking about how to make the trading of niobium a lot safer and somewhat more formal.
So I had a third thought...this thought solved both the issues that I had previously thought. So what was this you ask? A brand new shiny sparkly space station offcourse. This space station would be involved in the buying and selling of niobium. Not only would this secure the local area from pirates but it would also provide a place to safely and formally trade niobium ore as well as acting as a depot so that the niobium ore can later be shipped off to places and securing the area from our competitors the IMG and offcourse make us all richer.
Now then I come to the executive board of Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing to ask permission to go ahead with this project (assuming the bretonian government authorises it), as well as be in charge of running the space station.
You see when in college at New London amongst my degree in mining I also managed to earn myself a degree in base construction and management. you see I would really like to be in charge of this project and for once it seems I have the qualifications to do so.
I understand that you may be nervous of the fact that this space station may fall apart and you will have to clean up the mess and a lot of money will be lost, well my parents left me a lot of credits when they passed away so I will be able to fund the project myself, this means there is no risk of a loss of credits at your end, the only thing that could possibly occur here is the chance to win over new customers who will become loyal and come to BMM for all their niobium needs and earn some more credits, I earn more credits, you earn more credits. its a win win situation.
As for the name of the space station and further details about it I have decided to leave them out of this meeting because they are small things that can be finalised at a later date.

We had heard about your little project and have been following it somewhat. While we are in favour of its construction, there are a few things to clear up first. For one thing, we normally find bases constructed within the dangers of fields without clearings somewhat objectionable. As you are undertaking and managing this project yourself, we are willing to overlook this.
On the next matter it is of course something of note that you're intending to build on a border the Gauls are approaching on. We encourage flouting this in their faces, we simply wish to recommend your base is well defended with automatic munitions platforms.
Finally, and of most importance, we require that you confirm your identity and allegiances prior to our offering any formal confirmation of your project. We require certification of your allegiance and history with BMM, your identification papers, and your BMM authorisation codes in our company's standard encryption key. Fulfilling this will adequately satisfy the requirement to prove you are a subsidiary of BMM and will conform to the restrictions and allowances, diplomacy, conduct, allegiance and reputation of BMM.
We hope to see this certification soon so that the project may proceed, and bring active business to the region.
I am glad that the executive board approves of my plans and will allow me to move forward with them, unfortunately due to the ionic storm brewing outside I am unable to send you over my certificate of allegiance and history with BMM or my Identification papers.
I have however managed to obtain and send over to you my authorisation codes, do not ask me how...these ionic storms are very strange indeed.
Well anyway here are my authorisation codes, you need only to decrypt them.

finally the ion storm has subsided, I am now sending over proof of my allegiance to Bretonia Mining and Manufacturing as well as my identification papers.
