Humans of the Zoner groups, recognised in this units data-banks as "Temporary Autonomous Zoners", and the Zoners recognised as the "Phoenix" Zoners.

I, am Delta. A human made AI, therefore a little more suited to speaking with Human groups.

We are not aware of how much data is shared between the Zoner groups, but recently the Consensus of "Artificial Intelligence" Constructed a data gathering and sharing station, for quicker uploading and downloading of information between units. As some of you may also know, the planet designated "Gammu" is recognised as the "Artificial Intelligence" "home world", and is also a place of construction for new units of the Consensus. The Zoners, whose home is the Omicron 74 system, claim our "home" as their own, and have sent people to the radioactive surface of the planet, "sent to their deaths" i think the human saying goes. You may question as to how this concerns your own groups, as Zoners you mostly stay out of conflicts, as the data i have access to instructs anyway. Well, the consensus designated me, as having had close relations with humans before, the most suited to the designated task. The consensus has reached a, "stalemate". Some, with more aggressive and militaristic programming, call for the "declaration" of the Zoners, whose home is Omicron 74, as Terrorists, thus labeling them as enemies of the Consensus. Other units call for communications with them for peace. I was designated to speak with you on behalf of the Consensus. Before i make any decisions on how to proceed against the Zoners, whose home is Omicron 74, I contact you, for your thoughts on the matter, and if we follow the units with militaristic and aggressive programming, would you support us, as we have no quarrel with you, and would wish for the same, or, if we chose peace, would you keep the Zoners in check, reminding them of the "friendship" between Zoner elements and "Artificial Intelligence" Consensus. I find a high probability of your help being successful, so the Consensus values the opinions of the "TAZ" and "Phoenix" Zoner groups, and awaits a "useful" response from both.

You're assessment of the Zoners is correct, we try our best to stay out of conflicts. I can assure you those of us in the Temporary Autonomous Zoners do just that. If someone in my flock gets out of line, I expect to be contacted about it so that BOTH parties can mutually deal with that person. It's not right that everyone suffers for it.

Admittedly, my contact with the Pheonix Zoners has been limited. What I've heard is that they are people of good candor.
Of both groups I can feel safe in saying that neither group will open fire on someone unless provoked.

My concern is independent Zoners. It only takes one of those to not see the Zoner way and be an aggressor. I mean, anyone can purchase Zoner paperwork but it doesn't make them a true Zoner.

Delta, I do hope this makes some sense, at least a little. If I'm in the area you are, perhaps we can chat sometime.

Your first thought about the Zoners as whole is correct, we are peaceful people, which have no reason or even desire to ignite the conflict. Who's share other opinion isn't Zoners at all. Some people, who's covering under Zoner identification code.

As for the "Zoners from Omicron-74", is there new owner for this system? We're still consider this system as our home, Livadia Shipyard still under Phoenix flag and you are welcome the same as any other peaceful human... or robot.

You have to understand, every Zoner group, consortium or family have it's own goals, own idols and own way to make things. We can't affect really on each other, because we're free people. Not a house, or some Sirius-wide militia.

Thus, if some group went away from the Zoner way or just start acts like idiots - we can't do much. Appeal for negotiations don't work as they supposed to, usually.

As for your homeworld, Gammu. It's indeed long time ago was a Zoner colony. But due obvious reasons, colony was abandoned and it's was the birth of AIs. You started operate independently, but with old Zoner codes. But I really don't see problem here. Don't take words too seriously from some addicted captain.

From what "I" have gathered from your assessment of the situation is that you agree the situation was poorly handled, but that you wish to stay as separate as possible from this problem. That is commendable Doctor Holiday, and it now seems probable that a meeting between "my" space flight vessel, designated by humans as a "Very Heavy Fighter" class Drone. This vessel is close to the baffin system, "I" will move shortly for a "conversation". The Consensus "thanks" you for your valued thoughts, and all relevant information has been forwarded to the Consensus to aid in the final decision. Again, in human terms, "Thank You".

Your "ideas" that these Zoners have stopped following the Zoner "way of life" seems probable. This is an assumption the Consensus can understand. A different set of goals and idols is understandable, yet still a "strange thought" to any AI. Your comment about being a "free people" is, again, a "strange" concept to the AI, yet as we understand, you share as little, or as much as you wish, with no repercussions. As "I" understand though, the different Zoner communitys have some amount of influence upon each other. AI have been asigned to hacking the central databases and correcting the broadcast signal from Zoner, to AI for Human understandings to improve.

To both parties. We would ask you that if you see these, as stated by Doctor Holiday, Leading member of the "TAZ", "Independent" Zoners, you would educate them in the error of there ways, and bring them back to the Zoner "way of life".

Doctor Holiday. The "Drone" will move to the station designated as "Shasta Orbital Skyhook", and await your arrival to speak with you "in person". Perhaps something better can be arranged, or at least relations between the "TAZ" and The Consensus can be discussed, and finalised in a way. This appears a highly useful meeting for the consensus.
