it's been quite a while now since I've had the pleasure speaking to any officials from Rheinland and when I think about the last time I'm not very amused. Though some months have passed since the last time I felt forced to contact - it was the RFP back then - somebody official from your house.
But well, there's something I want to discuss regarding the way things seem to be handled in Rheinland.
Yesterday one of my captains had a strange encounter near our facilities when, uninvited and unannounced a strange vessel flew right across our scanners. At first it seemed to be some sort of error because - way beyond Rheinland borders - a cruiser class vessel of Rheinland origin was shown to be the intruder.
As we don't really like to see military vessels within our territory my good captain Tennant pushed one of my private liners, at this time in the process of an overhaul, out of the dry dock to investigate the situation.
Can you imagine her surprise when she discovered that stated vessel was not even in service of ANY Rheinland police or military branch?
Frankly you seem to handle things very different than any other house in Sirius. Back in the days when I was a transport captain I'd to answer the Polizei regarding the improved - yet demilitarized - capital ship thruster mounted on my Titanic tanker and got threatened with harsh penalties while on the other hand every Freelancer nowadays is allowed to grab the keys of your cruisers and take them wherever they want.
As mentioned before the ship in pursuit of that - I assume - stolen cruiser wasn't really equipped for any task captain Tennant was able to get at least some scanner readings.
In case you're interested in those readings feel free to contact me on this channel. Maybe I'll be willing to share them with you....

I appreciate your fast response in this matter. I wasn't expecting it to come this soon. We've been able to establish scanner readings of the name, the identification papers and we're more than familiar with the location and the time this incident happened.
Though we can't provide you with any details of the armament of said vessel.
To ensure the safety of the data I'll try to establish secured 5-KYP-3 transmissions as soon as possible.
