Let me introduce myself.My name is Lezard Valeth.I'm an independent Bounty Hunter.
I am usually located in Liberty aboard an Bounty Hunter Manta, also known as IBH-Moray.
Let me cut it to the subject.One day I was in New York system, looking for pirates to shoot.I was flying around Manhattan, when I saw LSF pilot, Order pilot, and a Junker.
The Order pilot was engaging a Nomad.I immediately hurried up to get the Nomad.I was warned by a Junker to leave.His name was John.Tobius.Rhond.He was threatening to me, he asked me to leave roughly 5 times.I refused to leave, since there was no particular reason why I would leave.
After that, he started to shoot me and I was forced to fight back.I gave him last chance, but he wanted to kill me.I destroyed his ship and brought his escape pod back to Manhattan, when I handed him over to the LPI.

I honestly don't know who this individual is. He's most likely a loner trying to earn a living as many Junkers are. What would you like us to do with him should we find him?
Apparently, he doesn't even know the current relations between the Bounty Hunters Guild and the Junkers.He can't make money by shooting people.If he wants to live as a junker, he can always apply to the Junker Congress and make a fortune.
Secondly, after you talked to him, send him to prison on a day or two to chill out.That might help him.And please, ask him why he wanted me to leave that day.
