Pardonne moi, but I feel a private transmission would suit us better, oui?
My association with the "Black King" is, as you no doubt are aware, is beginning fruition, but nothing set as of yet. We shall see what time brings.
As far as your offer to meet face to face monsieur's, I shall accept. Perhaps in meeting you shall understand my compassion and desires more fully, et I may understand what you hope to gain from all this. As you said, ripples shall be caused, et those on the sidelines are so eager to profit from them without being one sided. Not to say your goals and reasoning are unjust or vile in nature. Excusez-moi, for I mean no disrespect, but surely you have something you wish to achieve from all this, otherwise I do not think we would be speaking monsieurs. Smiles
I await your response and a time when we shall meet.
*Achille's stage smile increases several degrees* "Ah, a private channel, here a man can talk business without any fear of interruption. Oh, and women, of course... *He reclines slightly*.
"Evidently you wouldn't have transmitted this message on the back of small talk alone so let us cut directly to the heart of the matter. Gallia, as ever, is unstable. Our esteemed monarch, may God preserve him, rests his survival on his ability to... distract... the seething masses of the New Paris proletariat from the Council rebellion, in much the same way the Council rebellion accidentally fallicitated the Tau annex by somewhat unhelpfully carving several Valor-sized holes in the Orkney minefield. I personally, owe loyalty to neither, or either, whichever appears to be winning, whilst my boss, Mr Robert over there, may have slightly different opinions..." *glares somewhere out of view*.
*Achille brings up a map of the Taus with a single tap of the stylus*
"I happened to have the benifit of sighting the 'Lioness' myself during a minor escort operation over the last few days. A superb warship... indeed... quite the sensor footprint." *A sillouette of the Lioness appears on the viewscreen, before fading into the black of the screen*.
"I actually attempted to hail your warship at the time, but... well... hardware faliure I'm sure. But as to the question of something to offer I believe our current number of three (although worthy) is insufficient to answer this question. I would also wish to add a certain "Lucky" LeRoux, the direct Overseer for Freeport 10 conversation before we arrange any particulars".

Bonjour, madame.
Robert d'Autoine here. I do hope I find you on a most exquisite day.
But, before I would begin, I would like to forward you my excuses for the long absence of our association on the frequency we talked on. Do not take it as an offense, s'il vous plait, but, we couldn't afford some particular third parties to find out or even suspect that we would have ties with revolutionary parties or individuals such as the "Black King". Mille Regrets.
Alas, as Achille may have told you, The Commonwealth indeed sighted your precious ship, but that would be more or less irrelevant now, non?
As for the meeting, we could no doubt meet in space and talk to each other personally, rather than spending time on a communication frequency which, I personally find to be an informal method of handling communication. Moreover, a meeting between us would allow us to share the most unimportant and irrelevant trivialities of our lives and also circumvent any common misconceptions we may have, if you know where I may be pointing to.
And before saying that we may have anything to achieve from our little discussion, let's just say that we are "innocent victims of circumstances" where by "victim" you may understand something a little different than the common use of that word.
As for the meeting, I would like to hear your proposition on the time and place, madame.
Au revoir!

Forgive the delay in communication, though glad we were able to connect and discuss matters. You have a lovely Freeport, I must say. I had quite a lovely stroll through the biodomes. They are quite a sight to behold monsieur.
Regardless, our deal stands per our discussion. With the understanding the Commonwealth provides me and my Fleet with the information that is needed.
If my Fleet is not active in the Taus, please send me an encrypted comm, and it will reach my desk.
It's good to see we had such a lovely discussion, madame.
It's most fortunate to know that we have arranged such a flourishing deal.
Anyway, in order to maintain my end of the bargain, I would like to note, that the person who disturbed our conversation happened to be a member of the Sirian Vanguard. He mentioned something about the Black Fleet and that he would like to make a proposition with you. The only problem was that he wasn't sure if you were the one he was looking for or not.
As the Commonwealth's policies dictated, I didn't tell him anything about you because... As you know, trust is a rare commodity. But I suppose you can contact them if you may have any interest in them.
I hope we will keep in touch, madame.
Au revoir
