As you perhaps may know, situation in Omicrons is becoming very disturbing, as I can see from reports given by my agents there. Artificial Inteligence is spreading itself all over that sector.
About the Order, we think that situation with them is stable for now, nothing seriously going on.
As a matter of fact, I believe that it could become a threat to, let it call, our collective.
I am in a hurry at the moment, I have to do more work in Taus therefore, I would ask for a meeting. One or two representatives of each organisation, since it's not safe much. We need to discuss about this situation personaly, what to do, where and when. Consider it important.
As for the meeting, I would suggest Nuevo Amanecer but, if you have something better in your mind, it would be good to know.
Regards.

A disturbing situation? I suppose that depends on perspective, my good friend. Omicrons were always a melting pot. Newcomers will appear occasionally to make their claims larger than themselves, but then they fall under the weight of their ambitions, as it always been the case.
Just the other day I had a chance to converse with an agent-in-training of the ever so belligerent and watchful Order. This young pilot was quite happy to provide details of his first-hand experience with those AI units, and inadvertently details of, shall we say, current diplomatic climate between the rest of the inhabitants. During my stay at Freeport 11 I had met with different people, like the cheerful science-twins E. and S., who were also eager to provide latest news and rumors concerning our tincan neighbors. Not to mention stumbling upon of the smaller module of these AIs to have a closer look.
As for possible appliances the first thing comes to mind are these AIs becoming source of spare parts to expand upon technology that enabled 'Scorpion' drones. Of course there are more ways of making use of them, indirectly as well, like leveraging the shortcomings of diplomatic inconsistency and lack of experience of this newcomer. You see, making others to feel the disruption of balance and eroding the sense of security and power underneath will make certain known parties much less resilient to our tempting offers.
This situation does not disturb the vision but presents new and daring opportunities, Jared. They are steps of the ladder and when you can see it the climb is all there is.
I never realy understood how those AI work, but I am willing to learn about them. If you would like, I have few researchers or call them scientists, I could send them to you, to study and help, since you say that AI could be used as spare parts for Scorpions.
We indeed have diffirent perspectives. For me, it is quite disturbing situation. Order would probably use those AI against us, or perhaps for their own effort, as working slaves, since I hear that they are kind of loyal to Order now. I don't like any of mentioned, therefore I think that we should start doing something in sooner time. That is why I proposed a meeting, more experiences and more info on one spot.
To me, anything that Order could use is dangerous and means threat to us.
Let's wait and see what Das Wilde has to tell, safe skies.

Thanks for the offer. Should there be shortage of hands and brains I'll let you know, of course. But while at it Raiders can always shoot down a few of these pesky robots and bring their wrecks for study.
So far you're just reinforcing our impression these AIs are inconsistent in their behavior. They aid one group and then switch to the other, seemingly oblivious to the consequences. First it was the Core and now you're saying their 'loyalty' is shifting to the Order. But I would question whether it's a loyalty at all, because knowing our dear admiral Mikey I wouldn't put behind heavy-handed 'diplomacy' forcing them into submission. Such a humiliation, but then again - they aren't alive to feel that. Though at this point I'm more curious about our 'corporate warriors'. If its true they've just lost a potential ally. It would seem Guild core continues to experience difficulties recovering after their catastrophic little endeavor two years ago. It becomes interesting as the two struggle against each other desperately trying to gain alliances to stay on foot. I think this situation presents several interesting opportunities, but that we all shall discuss later and in person as my 'colleague' Josef suggests.
All we need now is date and time. I believe that we agree about Nuevo Amanecer then.
As for the situation about we speak, from your words, I am less worried now. Perhaps AI is just using Order, because of the resource and informaton that they will get, in return of being loyal, lets say or just serving them. They did same with Core, no? We could use that for our own benefits, as they are recovering and trying to stay on foot, as you said. More about it in personal, even communications are not surely safe today, I've learnt that from Lane Hackers.
They are not alive indeed, they are just machines. They have no feelings, like sense of guilty or, to be greatful to someone who helped them out, so my conclusion would be that they can abandon them anytime, as they will see that they won't have benefits anymore with them, whatever that is. But who knows, we can't be sure, there are many and many possibilities. Perhaps they will try to go back to Core.
Still, they might get used against us by the Order, as I said. Quite confusing, but it will get clear over time.
About shooting them down, right at the spot. You know what we do best. I will send out few hunters to seek for them.
