I know that Borkum Station caused a lot of problems in the past, and I woulndt have contacted you if it werent necessery. In the past our Base got raided by Hessians multible time, Until know the Rheinland Military was allways able to expel the Hessians, but I dont know if they will be allways present. So I hope you are able to give us the permission to build this Weapon Platform.

the Rheinland Federal Polizei, alongside the Rheinland Militaer and the Buero of the Marinenachrichtendienst has discussed your proposal of ein weapon platform for Borkum station.
It is mein duty to inform you that your request for ein defense plaftorm is hierby denied. So far, all attacks by the Hessians have been sucessfully driven off.
This combined with the fact that your base was only approved if no weapon platforms are to be installed, makes this issue quite clear and any weapon platform for your installion unneeded.
