I was instructed to contact you this way. My name is Overlord Jared Nomak of the Commune. I suppose you are aware of who we are.
You may also be surprised by my decision to contact you, but I will explain.
The Commune is no more just a criminal organization, being a sword of Malta and cutting everything that is going against. Those were times of your arrival to Tau sector, and war with Kusari.
Now you have war with Bretonia and Liberty, while Commune evolved into an independent organization, with our own vision. We developed our own reputation too and over the times, we became unwanted on Malta. Of course, due to its current leadership.
That means our positive views on cooperation with some states, like Kingdom of Galia and Rheinland. Our vision is to become seen as a legal organization of Sirius on the end, with perhaps it's own state too.
It also happens that like you, we have a problem called Crayterians. A certain hate towards the Bretonia and, a place that we like to pillage- Liberty. As far as I know, Rheinland was recently at war with Liberty, and I am pretty sure that another one will happen in near future. Who knows?
And it happens that we at one moment would like to take over Malta, and bring it back to its glory. The nation could use some good friends, then.
So that brings me to you. It happens that I could perhaps, create you a chance for a quicker advance to New York, as a show of a good will and a gesture towards friendly relations.

Overlord,
You were right in assuming this little note of yours would create some degree of surprise among us. I normally don't take time to reply to Omicron-dwelling peasantry myself, but I felt your efforts deserved their own reward. So I'll describe my perspective, so you understand better what might be happening next.
I was having a lukewarm morning coffee served by an ill-kempt subordinate... Who then made noises concerning a transmission from a terrorist group with known affiliations to the Maltese hordes and Charles knows what else. The day was off to a flying start, as you can see. With little else to do, I decided to take a look at said transmission...
And lo, monsieur Jared Nomak, overlord of the Commune himself, asking us for... What, exactly ? I didn't quite catch that. You offer your help, a way into the heart of our enemies... Without any other price but our friendship ?
You said it yourself : Gallia is very much aware of who you and your little league are, even more now that we've got your pet Loyola on our leash. Maltese runaways, religious fanatics, secretive murderers, slavers and drug-runners. You've even managed an exceptionnal feat : to be outcast by the Outcasts themselves... That'd be like a Libertonian lecturing me about proper manners.
She pauses, and lights a Gauloise cigarette.
And now, you tell me that you wish to take over this stinking, poisonous rock you call Malta. Although we have our own designs with this planet, I can't imagine you'd be any worse than the current rulership... But this brings me to my crushing blow, Jared Nomak, overlord of the Commune. You are, and shall always be, an Outcast. Your manners may be several notches beyond the average Maltese primitives, but your blood is the same as theirs. I see it in your cold, dead eyes, I see it in every report that comes to me about your sect, I see it everywhere you go. You are but another symptom of the Maltese sickness that plagues Sirius, to say nothing of the rumours regarding your... ambiguous stance towards the Invaders.
There is no doubt that we share bitter enemies, Jared Nomak. But to even suggest that the Kingdom is unable to triumph by itself of a bunch of disheveled commoners is a treasonous statement. Contrary to what you may believe, Gallia means to liberate the Sirian peasantry from their tyrannical oppressors : it just so happens that this also presents us with an occasion to right an almost millenium-old wrong and wipe the table off of all grudges. Tabula rasa, if you will. All of this, in the service of fighting the one true enemy. Our mid-term goals irremediably differ : the King believes, and I agree with him, that a glorious Malta, as you put it, can only do harm to the good and honest folk of Sirius, the one we fight for so desperately. Though your little militia goes through great pains to hide it, we strongly believe that you are out for domination, as is the way of your people.
And even though I feel sympathy towards the descendents of the Hispania, who didn't get to live and grow fat from the unspoiled, unshared resources of Sirius, we see no possible kinship with you. Our people, our allies, our friends, all of our companions in this war and the wars to come would consider us working with you as an outrage, a sign of utter madness that would forever destroy everything we've achieved. I cannot blame them.
There will be a reckoning, Jared Nomak, overlord of the Commune. Once our king Charles, may his glory be eternal, is done liberating the colonies... Everyone will get what they deserve. You have until then to prove me that you and your louts are better than common thieves and murderers. If you succeed, perhaps you will be spared the gallows when the Royal fist inevitably descends upon Malta. And if your success is that convincing, you will even be afforded a degree of autonomy jointly with your little Loyola pet. I owe you this much for the courage you had in reaching out to us... Knowing well, I believe, what the outcome would be.
Until then, in the interests of the people of Gallia, any assets of the Commune loitering in our areas of operation will be erased just as any other Maltese. Don't give us the occasion.
She barks something at someone off-screen, and the transmission fades.
