Good day 46th Fleet Admiral,

I do believe our CEO has contacted you in the past and has asked if your Fleet need any assistance on the logistical operation side, and possibly supplying you with needs for your HQ.

I am reaching out once again to see if you need any assistance at all during the War that rages between Liberty and the Insurgence.

It would be an honor to help one of the Primary Fleets within Liberty, and secure a healthy facility whilst you are occupied with your military manouveurs. I would also like to point out that if you need our services it will be strictly on a basis that if we help you out, then im sure one day you can help us out.

We will not need any contract details, all we need is your go ahead to start proceedings and additionally we are not charging you for this service seeing as Liberty is at a state of war. All we need is for the commodities needed to be at reasonable prices for our operators to be able to successfully make some cash.

I hope we can come to an agreement and that we can help you in any way possible.

Your Chief Executive Officer, Mister Harrison Tyrone, has previously contacted my office to discuss such a potential agreement.

We have recently undergone a structure change at the Division level and as such, it is with regret that I must inform you that we would not currently be looking to outsource a supply contract at this time. Though, if this were to change in the foreseeable future, then your corporation will be duly noted as a potential contractor. At which point, a successful candidate would be sought within our budgetary forecast for that fiscal year.
