Comm ID: Baroness Evyn Hunter
Origin: HMS Cravens Nest
Recipient: Lord Thaddeus J. Smithington-Smythe of Kirkby Overblow
CC: Deputy Commissioner Rex Easly
Pursuant to the discussion I held with Deputy Commissioner Easly, as the commander of the Armed Force's Omega and Rheinland operations, and with the authority granted to me as Military-Governor of the Snowdown system, I am extending the power of the Police Authority to include the enforcement of Her Majesty's law within my territory. More than that, the Police Authority will be given the authority to, and tasked with, the duty of enforcing the new blockade to Omega-7 and Rheinland.
Police Authority vessels within Snowdown will be under the command of myself and Commodore Finley O'Dukes, recently honored with the peerage of Lord Hamilton. The Police Authority is also given the power to prevent any Daumann mining of the Roth Asteroid Field.
The Police Authority is not to interfere with any Hessian actions taken against Rheinland military, police, or civilian personnel within Snowdown, and to avoid conflict with them when at all possible.

*Rex grabbed his morning coffee, sat down at his desk and took a small sip. He set the cup down only for the time it took to activate his computer terminal. A comms message from Baroness Evyn Hunter appeared, with the word, URGENT, flashing in red. Annoyed, he promptly turned off his terminal.
He sat back, with a satisfied smirk, thinking how good that felt. He took another sip of coffee. A sharp rap at the door brought him upright. "Come on in," he said.
His secretary appeared with a near panicked look on her face. "Sir, did you read your message from Baroness Hunter?"
"It's on my to do list." Rex stated. He hoped his smile would relax his poor overworked secretary. It didn't work.
"Sir," her voice shook. "You really want to read that message."
"What I really want to do, is to enjoy this cup of coffee without being interrupted. Understand?"
Confused, the secretary nodded.
Alone, Rex sat back again holding the cup of coffee in both hands, feeling the warmth of the cup soak in. Almost immediately, his intranet comm beeped. Sighing, he pushed the button to activate the voice comms.
It was his secretary again. "I thought I told you I didn't want to be interrupted."
"Sir, Baroness Hunter is online right now. She demands your attention."
"Tell her I'm in the loo."
"Sir, she can hear every word you say."
"What?" Rex spewed out a mouthful of coffee.
"Patching her in to your terminal now, sir."
Rex tried to run before the connection was made. Too late. A video feed of a highly irritated woman appeared on his monitor. "Uh, hello Baroness Hunter," he stammered. "How can I help you today?"
After what seemed an eternity, Evyn Hunter, Baroness of Snowdown, Admiral of the Norfolk Great Fleet of the Bretonia Armed Forces, leaned forward and at the top of her voice, yelled, "ANSWER YOUR GORRAM MAIL!!!"
The video feed went blank.
Shaken, Rex discovered that he had spilled his entire cup of coffee onto his pants. He was so unnerved that he didn't even feel the scalding hot liquid burning his crotch. Relunctantly, he flipped on the terminal and read the message sent by the Baroness of Snowdown.
The message was brief, but carried with it immense ramifications for the BPA. He typed out a simple, one word response.*
