Let's talk on the Nephthys

Nah, you've spent a cumulative total of about two hours at most in this thread, whereas I spent about double that training the other day with a (different) friend of mine.

If you see no reason why the Nephthys is too good, you could surely see no problem with everything being buffed to be on par with the nomads, and thus, the Order? Which would actually result in the same thing I'm asking for.

Actually, the Avenger is crap. Buff the Avenger to be on-par with the Nephthys, and there ahouldn't be many problems.

I believe that would fix this nonesense. Hell, mimic the Nephthys stats for the Avenger and buff core to balnce out 1 less gun.

Nephthys is left alone.
Avenger is buffed.
All happy.

Such a buff would be great, except for two things:

This would make the Guardian obsolete. Throughout my time playing as [LN], which stretches back to [SA], it has always been the case that one is worse than the other. First, it was the Guardian, now it's the Avenger. Ravenclaw was an exception in that it had 8 guns and filled a similar role as the Bastet.

A new powerplant would need to be created; I think there's a big gap between the 15.4k plant of the Nephthys/Avenger/Titan and the next largest, which is probably an SHF plant. At this point, I do think there's a problem with too much power, and it will cause ships like the Templar to suddenly look distinctly subpar.

But then he'd find yet another fighter that might have even the slimmest chance of fighting the Guardian or Avenger to whine about in a couple of weeks.

I could just switch sides and prove it, no?

Not sure, don't you..like have to take a look at the Guns as well? Just because a Ship is good doesn't mean the whole Thing, including Guns is epic. I find Vengeances and Magma Hammers quite disturbing to fight against :mellow:

If Avenger is buffed all Liberty Unlawfuls and Rheinland Military are not going to be happy.

Not sure, don't you..like have to take a look at the Guns as well? Just because a Ship is good doesn't mean the whole Thing, including Guns is epic. I find Vengeances and Magma Hammers quite disturbing to fight against :mellow:
