Greetings Hessians! Of late, the Rheinwehr has proven to be quite oppressive of our membership residing in Rheinland. We are subject to more unwarranted scrutiny than ever, and our rights as dignified human beings are ever trampled upon by the jackboot of the military regime. Guided by the corrupting whispers of Daumann and Kruger, it would seem that the Rheinwehr seeks to drive us out.
It is unfortunate that this crisis has set off a chain of events which has resulted, among other things, in the decrease of our presence in the region and with a corresponding diminishing of our distribution of blood diamonds in support of your cause. It is clear now, more than it has ever been, that while we lack in ships and weapons to directly fight the oppression, we have the means to forward your glorious cause through supplying you with the materiel and funds to fight for a better Rheinland!
I have been tasked with coordinating base resupply and blood diamond distribution efforts with you in order to ensure that your revolution will never starve from the need of materiel or funds. As this operation goes underway, however, the oppression of Junkers by the military regime will only grow. Soon enough, our talents in covert shipping and intelligence gathering will not be enough to evade active persecution - and though I pray that this day will not come, it will become necessary for us to prepare for the worst so that we can survive long enough for things to get better. What I ask is that when the time comes, the Hessians will aid in the survival of the Junkers as a people in Rheinland.
At the moment however, all that we require is an assessment of what goods are needed where and in what quantities.
Sincerely,
Dio Bradbury, Junkers Congress

Guten tag, Herr Bradbury.
It pleases us immensely that the Junker Congress has now abandoned the futile effort of trying to get the Rheinland Military on its good side. The Military is unfortunately a body that views all auslanders with much suspicion, and has the ingrained opinion of the Junker people as simple criminals and misfits that are to be expunged from Rheinland's borders. The Red Hessian movement of course does not share or sympathise with this stance in any way. We will assist your ships against active persecution from the fascist Rheinland state as we assist all others who suffer the same terror tactics from the Kanzler's cronies.
In return of course we will gladly accept shipments of H-Fuel and Engine Components. These commodities will be always in great need by the movement, so they are a safe bet for import straight to Ronneburg base.
There is also... a special request that we would be willing to repay the Junkers in kind for. We have been trying for quite some time, so far in vain, to obtain plans and parts of the Liberty Siege Cruiser onboard weaponry in order to further our own research on Liberty armaments. This is of course in an effort to be able to better combat LSF spies in our own borders who would seek to use our allies for their own ends. It is quite an important thing for us, so that if your people were able to... lets say come across a Liberty Siege Cruiser wreckage, and successfully detach the ship's main gun and bring it all the way back to Rheinland for us to study, we would be able to discuss a very generous finder's fee for this service. Means of obtaining the wreckage are of course of no concern to us, feel free to be creative.
I hope this is acceptable for now. We should have a need for a large scale resource shipment in the near future, so if this special request was to be completed before then, we would definitely offer you a exclusive contract for the following shipment - not to mention the finder's fee.
Regards, Karl van der Riess
RHA Armament & Acquisitions
The first ships of many have already begun to arrive at Ronneberg. [DELIVERY MANIFEST]
I have already allocated several intelligence gathering assets to obtaining the plans for the LSC forward gun and peripheral point defense systems.
Parts, however, will be more difficult to come by - the Liberty Navy takes great pains in ensuring that decommissioned weapon systems and other sensitive technologies are rendered completely innocuous before scrapping so as to prevent reverse engineering. It would be, however, not entirely impossible to salvage wrecks for functional systems. Of course, this would by no means be a steady source of parts, however it should do until something else can be done.
Sincerely,
Dio Bradbury, Junkers Congress
