a heavy pulse turret for GB'S. u just can have one of it... And it can limited to some gunboats wich have the front gun. cuz the forward hard point cant fire in all directions... It takes 2/3 of the gunboat firepower and the rate fire is 1 second . Its 4 times stronger than the normal one.. It costs 23 mil... I think its a good price for it.. And the range of fire is 3km or 2.5km and the same speed like the normal one...
Ok I'm not going to ask for ships(loads are already on the way), balance (its going to be balanced in one way and I'm good with that), music (heard 4.86is going to custom music, so can't complain) or star-fields (will be added when they will be added not vital).
just these.
1) stations pieces. everywhere you look there are always the same station pieces, same docking-ring same habitat centres etc... this is what will make discovery fall back compared to other mods like crossfire. I'm not worried about disco players going to cross, just new players going to crossfire instead of disco mainly because of the graphical quality and diversity. Disco is very diverse but imagine you're an outsider; this is your comparison Disc: same stations all over the game, conclusion: diversity impaired and devs not imaginative and no idea about the community Cross: One of the most diversified mods, best graphics, conclusion: professional and creative dev team, small but strong community and extended story-line.
trust me on this, I was *this* close to going into cross but finally I went for disco because it showed a lot more promise of improving itself than Crossfire.
2) Graphics. I mean The entire graphics for the game should be updated with a slider option "enhanced graphics" so that all players can play
These 3 will make Disco the mod of mods, the devs should (in my opinion) just start getting modders from all around who like space games and enjoys Freelancer either as fun or as a challenge, people who have experience with Photoshop, guidelines (ship builders can now do stations, planet designers can do star-fields.) What Disco has achieved is outstanding. now I think its time to level up

I dunno if it has been Already put forward or already about in mod form but how about implementing in a Screenshot Mode that gets rid of all Hud and Targetting ??
