Gallic Scrap Consortium [GSC]

Added the following to zone of operations, (is completely oorp) otherwise we will only have two Junker ships accessable two us.
The starting CSV and the Junkers VHF.
As well as for repping.

Added a statement phrase about GSC of what is going on and going through Gallic Junkers minds.

And added a further OORP aim/goal:

To ensure that Junker ships are easily available with in Gallia. By asking Admins, Dev's to add purchase locations for various ships with in Gallia.

OORP ACCESS(//)
Anywhere where Junker ships and weaponry are sold. as only two Junker ships are only found in Gallia.

So that proves that Gallic Junkers were seperated from many Sirian Junkers. So Hawks statements are rather valid.

Hawks statements are far from valid. What you quoted only proves that there was extreme secrecy regarding their origins. Think about it for a second. If the Gallic Junekrs stopped sending agents into Sirius, what would the King need them for past spying on Gallic criminal elements? The Kings ultimate goal is the subjugation of Bretonia and Liberty.

The Gallic Junkers never stopped sending agents into Sirius. Not all of the Gallic agents are still loyal to the King and they most defiantly won't reveal their true nature, death is a great motivator. The reasons the Sirian Junker groups (like the Congress) aren't aware of the continued presence of Gallic Junkers with their ranks is because they don't work for the Crown any longer and thus don't need to know. If they did, those agents would be compromised.

What I suggest is that you also have a part of your faction that utilizes the normal Junker ID, acts like a Sirian Junker but collects intel on Sirians for the King. As was their original role.

I am currently thinking of having two basic ranks.

1st rank = me

2nd rank = Members.

However to make room for inside groups. Will be

1st Rank = Internal group Leader

2nd Rank = Internal group Member.

Internal groups do not need to have a dedicated Leader.

A Internal Group will count as One Vote in regards to internal voting (Each member with in has one vote in the internal vote. Majority vote then counts as a single vote afterwards.) Singular members count as one vote in regards to internal voting. Myself counts as two votes for internal voting.

Example, two internal groups with 4 members and 8 members. 3 Singular members and myself.
first group each vote seperately 3 vote yes/no = 1 Vote. Second votes 5+ = 1 Vote. 3 Votes come from singular members. And two come from myself. Say both groups vote yes majority, one yes from singular members. That is 3 yes votes. + my votes (Which must be the same) in example I say no. that will be 4 No votes and 3 Yes Votes. Making in total 7 Main votes in total.

However this is just a draft and I will still need to come up with names for ranks as such. If someone belongs to a internal group they go by that rank in overall structure though not the Singular Rank.

Does look complex at first, but after looking at it after time it appear to work very well in the concept and idea of a Consortium.

Any opinions on it would be beneficial, as well as Ideas for Names of ranks will be too.

I have talked to Deadric via skype about the posted point. I feel that those types of Junkers in sirius would not be actively part of GSC as such. As they are seperate from the main Gallic Junker Community. But could be a possibility of running events with those players who would like to roleplay the sirian spies that are still active in some form or another. And also should feel free to roleplay passing on information on to us, like giving guncams(Screenshots) to use that contain info that could be sold in rp to other gallic factions.

Though I do think it is complex in many respects if we did it ourselves. I would prefer others to do it. Maybe an existing Sirius Junker group would be interested in taking this up in a fashion.

I have another idea for ranks.

For each Junker Base(s) a Administrator is appointed. The Leader has rights to the largest populated base(s).

A couple other Administrators are placed for other Junker bases in Gallia. Who each follow orders from the HQ Base Administrator

Other Members are ranked as Consorts. And repersent Gallic Junkers from the population of each base who follow the orders of the Administrator of the base they belong to, as well as other Administrators as long as such orders are not against there orders from there base Administrator.

So would be as follows:

HQ Base Administrator

Base Administrator
Base Administrator

Consort's

It kinda looks odd, but can repersent the different parts of the Consortium in one go. Whilst also repersenting the differences in each base's ideals but at the same time there common goals.

The Future OORP

We do not really have a set idea in what we want in 4.86 roleplay wise. However a basic premise does exist that we would like to operate in some of the Liberty systems. To continue pirating sirius corps. To continue operations in Kusari. To pirate trade that is not going to gallia or is not from Gallia that is on a Kusari Transport corp ships. (ie forcefully encourage trade with Gallia) Continue supplying the Council in rp.
Is actually hard to think of it really as one I pretty much have a free hand in it. And two I have very little detail of what changes are likely happen from Gallic relations with Gallic Junkers. Nor any bases that will be in the Gallic Core systems. So all in all it is very hard for me.

Added above, thoughts and input may be able for me to have a better idea of where I should bring them to be in 4.86 and may be able to help with ID writing for 4.86

For all those that successfully apply will recieve as much help as we can provide in setting up their ships. A sole shared ship is built for the sole purpose of helping new members rep their ships. It will be named [GSC]-Repper, and only be used in Penny and ID'd as a Freelancer.

Added Shared ship, "[GSC]-RepShip". It is only permitted to be in penny and is used to help anyone requiring Junker reputation and new members, whilst it is also a out of character ship as well.

We are also still looking for players to join. I will note here now, that there has been a noticable increase in Gallic activity and those joining will only be helping to increase it even further. I will also note that there are some very good trade routes for Gallic Junkers. Also by joining you will be able to provide other areas with more potential roleplay and activity, in that of going out of Gallia for pirating Sirians, as well as trading.
