The recipients of this message individuals of exceptional Vision, talent, and character.
You.
However, these traits are being impeded by societal norms, the laws of your House of residence, or financial plausibility. We at Cresthaven would seek to eliminate these inhibitions from your practices or dalliances. First, allow an explanation on the nature of Cresthaven.
We are an independent colonial endeavor funded entirely by the credits and Vision of our Gracious Host. This colony is Cresthaven, a home of absolute freedom in which one might pursue their occupation without fear of bureaucratic intervention. It is a place where the artist might create without fear of censor; a place in which science might be explored fully without fear of judgment or a project's condemnation. Finally, and most importantly, it is a place where one might escape the ever-increasing hostilities caused by the inflamed egos and twisted Vision of corrupt politicians and monarchs.
We offer peace and luxury in a time of upheaval to all who wish it. Our residential facilities are state-of-the-art in comfort and fashion and each include a four-room suite and access to one of hundreds of vacant spaces adjacent to the colony's starboard biodome for use as an office space, exercise room, or other privacy area. In addition, our Host will provide for you any creature comfort you desire which might aid in a clearer, more productive mind.
We offer cutting-edge, adaptable facilities to invited scientists. The colony presently is equipped and supplied to accommodate experimentation by physicists, biologists, and engineers of every shape and size. The idea of creation is very important here on Cresthaven therefore we strongly support the freedom to practice any science as you wish. Absolute control over one's experiment is the fastest way to progress. In addition, as part of your stay on Cresthaven, our Host will acquire for you any supplies or equipment that you require which the facilities do not have. Our pursuit of progress transcends financial inconvenience.
Cresthaven is Utopia. In the Sector-wide chaos, only we provide a perfect bastion for the activation of the wheels of creation. We face an uncertain future fraught with hatred and violence.
Join us and help build a better tomorrow.
This channel remains open. Any inquiries may be redirected to the source of this message for elaboration.
That depends entirely on whether or not you have a contribution to make to Cresthaven or whether you're seeking for the Sector's most elegant early retirement community. In either case we can talk, however there is a charge for passage regarding the latter.
The question ultimately becomes: how interested are you in the participation in Sirius' future?

<-Com ID: Dr. Lena Rosner->
A tall blond haired woman appeared on the screen. Her face the picture of calm, whilst behind her distinctly unpleasant things float in tanks of green fluid. A revolitng burbling sound can be heard somwhere in the lab.
"Friends." She intoned, taking her hands from the pockets of her long coat and spreading them wide in greeting. A serene smile formed on her face, which would be enough to give most people chills. "My Name is Dr. Lena Rosner and I am in charge of the scinetific operations of Cresthaven."
Her hands returned to the pockets of her jacket, her accent was slightly odd and difficult to place. "I envite my fellow scientists, if you feel you have somthing usefull to contibute to our colony to join us. I know how hard it can be to struggle agaisnt the fear and ignorance of House Governments. They accused me of performing unethical experiments." She laughed mirthlessly as she continued. "I mean who is honestly going to miss a few orpahns or slaves? No one." A grumbling noise could be heard coming from the back of the lab she gave a nod to someone off camera, and a moment later a lab assistant came running to the back of the lab.
She seemed unfallpable and contiued her speech "So I was delighted when the patron of Cresthaven invited em here, when it became unsafe for me," She smilled lovingly at one of the tanks as mangled hand patted on the glass "...Or my creations."
" I can persoanlly assure you," she said focusing on the camera again with cold eyes "..that anything you need can be aquired, medical equipment, state of the art chemichal analisers, the latest zero gravity suites, even...items of questionable provenance." An indistinct scream and the smashing of glass could be heard....the scream did not sound all together human.
"So if like me you wnat to conduct your experiments unhindred by constructs and illusions of ethics and societal norms come and accpet the patronage of a visionary and help change Sirius forever." The young lab technician reappeared, and whisperd quietly in Lena's ear, with what looked worryingly like blood on his lab coat. "Oh really, another subject gone.....nevermind...can't make an omlette wihtout breaking eggs as they say...I'll have to requestion some more." Suddenly rembering the camera was still on she turned to it and smiled warmly "Come share in the vision my brothers and sisters, I look foward to working with you."

What's this? A group of people, dedicated to the advancement of science? Do my eyes deceive me?
*reads on*
"exceptional vision..." Well, I mean, I always new there was something... special about me. Now... I've finally been realized! My talents have been discovered!
*swallows some sort of medication, then continues*
This is heaven! What a wonderful... wonderful... Wonderful thing! I... I must be there, for... for some reason! I don't know, but who cares! For science!
Arrange for my transport from Planet Cambridge, and I let me take part in your grand vision, O mysterious benifactor!
Your talents are bound to be helpful, of that there is no doubt, however we must approach your entry into our colony with a grain of skepticism. As you understand, your organization, the Order, are people of great resourcefulness and cunning. No doubt you have narrowed the field of search for the source of these broadcasts, however we expect you have not pinpointed our location, else we expect we would have been visited. I'm sure you understand that in our uninhibited pursuit of science, several passengers do deal with areas of science which the Order is not supportive of.
Please understand that if you join the colony, you will not be able to return to your home on Planet Toledo or your people thereon. In addition, you more than other passengers are likely to be subject to more thorough methods of search so as to maximize assurance that you possess no tracking devices or any such means for you to be followed.
If you are still interested in joining us, please respond here once more and we may begin making arrangements.
