Guten Tag
the Arkania was on the way to bretonian space and the vip's got rescued, so the Kapitän told me.
I have no evidence that this was not the truth.
Today my patrol was intresting. i launch to space (Planet Stuttgart) and begin my patrol to New Berlin.
After i pass Battleship Strausberg i move on to Brandenburg Border Station and then to Planet New Berlin.
There i dock and get some prisioners to the Polizei Plaza.
After i launch to space i move on to dortmund station.
As i leave the tradelane my scanners began to blink and i saw a cruiser on my left.
After a short scan it is identified as a red hessian cruiser callsign [)(]-''ddwb".
I call for help on the emergency channel and open a communication channel to the captain of the cruiser and told him that he has to leave. He tries to attack me and i have tomove out of his weapon range.
The Kapitän decides after he cannot attack me to move into the near asteroid field and i follow him.
At the borders of the field i got a message from Wachmann Daniel that he is on the way to assist me.
The cruiser kapitän stopped his engines and wait for us.
The fight begins and after some timemy ship got heaviely damaged so i have to use my escape pod.
A rescue group of Battleship Strausberg got my pod and the wreck of my ship and both moved
to the Battleship. After a visit at the doctor and some tests all is fine and i am at good health.
My ship has some heavy problems and it will cost some time to repair it.
The i heard from Wachmann Daniel that the cruiser has docket to a station somewhere in the asteroid field.
After i got that message i move to the wreck of my ship to have a look with my own eyes.
The ship looks bad and some major systems are demaged or destoyed.
The guncam recorder is destroyed too, so i have no video signals for evidence.
At this point i ask for another ship but i am not clear in mind what ship it should be.
I keep my eyes on these 3:
1) 568-ARKG-B6 "Behemoth" Rheinland Heavy Transport
2) 204-ARKM-B10 "Ragnar" Rheinland Armored Transport
3) CTE-19000 "Roc" Civilian Bomber
I have some experience in my younger years with the behemoth. My dad still missing in action,
was befor he got military prision kapitän a trader and flew a behemoth. That is why i knew
some details about the ship.
If i mind it right the behemoth is not useable for me, but i will, if i got back to New Berlin,
visit the polizei plaza for more information if it is useable for my rank.

Dear Damen und Herren of the Oberkommando,
zhis is Sabine Davids speaking again. My crime scene investigation is almost finished with zhe analysis of officer Wolther's destroyed Phantom and so we were able to reconstruct zhe rest of his shift until zhe phantom was torn apart four days ago.
Officer Wolther's received a complaint by an IMG vessel about an Polizei-Pilot named Valkyrie abusing his power against civilian vessels. During zhe communication the named Polizei officer Valkyrie arrived in Hamburg while a Cryer vessel with OSC-TAG was transporting superconductors from Bering into Rheinland core space.
Officer Wolthers interrupted the communication with the IMG transport and ordered the Cryer vessel to head back to Bering. Officer Valkyrie interfered and tried to escort the transport to the Omega systems and out of Rheinland. At this point an argument rose between zhe two officers.
It seems like zhat the two officers were unsure if § 7 of the Liberty embargo overrides the cargo regulations for all liberty corporations in § 2 and § 3.
I must admit zhat I am not quite sure about this myself, so a comment about this by you, dear Damen and Herren of the Oberkommando, would be appreciated.
In the end the Cryer vessel was escorted by officer Valkyrie while officer Wolthers wanted to inform you about this delicate matter. Attached you will find zhe communication protocoll: **********
Zhe next incident is about the complaint by the IMG-vessel i mentioned earlier. According to this officer Valkyrie had attacked an employee of the IMG-captain and severely damaged the ship without reason. To solve this problem, officer Wolthers ordered both the IMG captain and officer Valkyrie to meet him in orbit of New Berlin.
When all three met zhere officer Wolthers wanted to know what exactly happened. Unfortunately we could not restore the whole communication, but it seems so, that both officer Valkyrie and the IMG employee had not acted properly in this situation: ******
Please pay extra attention to the weapon loadout of officer Valkyrie's Mjolnir fighter. It is equiped with weapons that are seen almost exclusivelyon ships of the Bounty Hunters Guild. This is highly suspicious to me and i can only advise you to interrogate this officer.
In the end officer Wolthers declared this argument pointless and advised the IMG pilot to forward this complaint the Bundespolizei Oberkommando, as it was beyond his responsibility.
Returning to his patrol Officer Wolthers noticed TLAG-sensors indicating a Mandalorian Mercenary in Hamburg. He tried to intercept the vessel and called for reinforcements while trying to interrogate the rogue mercenary. In the end fighting broke out with the result that officer Wolthers ejected from his Phantom. We only could retrieve two data records for the final incident but they should suffice: **
Zhis is zhe end of our investigation report. From what I know officer Wolthers has awakened from artificial coma today. Nonzheless he will be out of duty for at least another three days. At last he has survived so far.

I'm contacting you regarding a clarification request, which landed on my desk today.
The paragraph 2/3 and 7 are not in contradiction to each other.
Paragraph 2 describes the cargo, which is allowed to pass the libertonian borders, when coming from Rheinland.
Paragraph 3 describes the cargo restrictions for all Liberty corporations inside of Rheinland.
And paragraph 7 declares only the in §2 mentioned embargo as one-way-embargo (or how I like to say: "everything goes in, but only a bid goes out"), but it isn't in any relation to the Rheinland shipping regulations.
For your case: If the Cryer ship was transported prohibited cargo, paragraph 3 applies. If the pilot asked for permission to retreat to bering with his cargo, paragraph 2 applies. So the only chance to avoid a criminal database entry is the successful fining and cargo confiscation.
Of course the cargo can also be confiscated at the nearest station or planet, if the officer on duty isn't able to take the whole cargo.

yesterday was a trouble day for me, but now all is fine.
After i get my loan i went to the shipdealer and get one Ragnar for me.
I moved in it to Elbe station to get the final setup.
After the things change i moved back to New Berlin.
There my "Roc" Bomber was delivered moments ago
and i took it to Elbe Station in Halle for the final setup.
But as the mechanics take a look at the Roc they can do nearly nothing.
They change Hull Panells, install an Advanced Cargo Scanner and a SNAC.
But they have no knowledge about the Bomber weapons and at this point i have a problem.
The only mechanics station where those weapons can be changed is Freeport 2 in Bering.
So i have to take my Roc back to Freeport 2 to change weapons configuration.
After all that was done i moved back to New Berlin to get my own experience with the Ragnar
and do some partols.
I move to Planet Hamburg and from there to Planet Stuttgart. There i scan the passing Traders cargo.
All was fine until Maestro_D shown up and moves on and does not stop.

I chase him till sector B4 where i stopped him and have a talk with him.
He was ready to pay the fine and drop the cargo but then lunch.time shown up
and interruped my work.

I order him to do not disturb my talk with maestro_d and get him known that i take guncam shots and send them to Polizei Plaza. He wanna to tax maestro_d and that forces me to let him know that i open fire to him if he does not leave the state.
But if that was not enough my sensors shown an SCRA vessel comming in
and seconds later i get shoots on my back of Ragnar and have to use the escape pod to safe my life.
A rescue unit of Freiburg Station safed my pod and bring me and my ragnar back to Freiburg Station.
The mechanics there let me know that there are only minor damages in the cargo bay and
i don't have to use the escape pod. My less experience with Ragnar was the reason to
missunderstand the alert.
The minor damages got repaired and i can move on after some hours with my patrol.
I move then to konstanz border station, where the station leader ask me to carry some prisioners to Vierlande Prision in Hamburg. I accepted and one hour later i am on the way to move on my patrol.
In space i meet the RFP|Geilenkirchen flown by Rainer Selitz the Co-Pilot. We flew as group to Vierlande Prision and i land there to unload my cargo. On the flight i learn some of the things the co-pilot knows
about flying a ragnar.
After relaunch we move on to Planet Hamburg and from there i move alone to planet stuttgart for patrol.
On the way and there all is fine so i move on my patrol to Leipzig Station.
On my way back i got a message from Selitz that a wanted criminal callsign Cawa has just entered stuttgart and is on the way to new berlin.
So i move with full speed to bonn station to wait for him there but after i reach the station a new message comes in from selitz that the callsign is wrong, the ship which shown on TLAGSNET called Cava.
So i move on to Frankfurt System and as i passed by Mannheim Station a new message comes in
from Selitz that a couple of Enemys in gunboat's and other craft headed to bonn station.
I dock to Mainz Starage Facility and use an express shuttle to new berlin, get into my bomber
and launch to space. I moved first to Dortmund Station and then i wanna use the tradelane to Bonn Station.
In the middle of the tradelane i meet the enemys.

After that they open fire and i was so surprised that i hit the escape pod eject button.
I got rescued from a SAR unit of Battleship Strausberg.
The mechanics there know me all ready and invite me to have a drink at the bar there, but i denid that.
After they analyze the roc, which takes hours, They found no major damages and so i can move on with it .
In front of New Berlin i meet the RFP|Geilenkirchen and we went to Halle for some training.
After many hours of training i return to new berlin and leave my roc. Got an shuttle to Mainz Storage Facility and there i wrote this report.

Guten Tag,
today i began my duties and launch from Mains Storage Facility.
After i spend some time scanning cargo of passing by traders i move to Munich to patrol the system.
After that i return to Mainz Storage Facility and then headed to Stuttgart.
After i dock to the Planet and visit the Polizeistation i got asked,
if i can carry some prisioners from Konstanz Border Station to Vierlande Prision.
I accepted and go to Konztanz Border Station and get my cargo full of prisioners.
Then i launch and move to Vierlande Prision.
On TLAGSNET i got some traders entering Stuttgart from Omega-7.
I was a few moments faster at Planet Stuttgart then the first trader and after he arrives,
i order him to stop and prepare for cargo inspection.
But there was more that just cargo inspection...
The Kapitän got wrong license for the ship.

He was right behind me when i dock to the tradelane,
but he seems to have some docking sequencer problem, so
i moved back to have a look but he was not there and no signal on TLAGSNET.
So i return to my duty and fly to Vierlande Prision where i hand out the Prisioners.
After that i fly over Alster to Planet Hamburg to have a look at the Traders passing by.
Some hours later i then move to Plante Stuttgart where i dock and my patrol ends.

I don't know if its the stress from working two jobs and/or the taxation on mein body from it..If conditions continue to worsen, I will be taken in the possibility of either medical assistance or possible retirement from the Polizei..Hopefully the latter will not happen as I have been proud to work with the Federal Polizei since my instatment granted by Polizeidirektor Walther Neumann...Who I owe, quite a bit in actuallity....

todays work begins for me with a travel to Battleship straussberg to have a look at the repair status of my Mjolnir.
After i visit the mechanic there i went for patrol and move to Dresden. After that i move back to New Berlin and from there to Frankfurt.

I have a look at the criminal database and see the ship has an entry, so i broke up my patrol

Dear Oberkommando,
representative for my co-pilot, officer Selitz, I am sending you the report of his shift yesterday. First I want to express that to my point of view it was a Polizei officer's worst nightmare.
First of all he had to deal with three Interspace Commerce vessels, that were violating their shipping restrictions. Two Gull-transports and a Bretonian Shire.
While dealing with the first ones, the Shire could escape his punishment for a while. Officer Selitz ordered the Gull-transports to drop the military vehicles and pay a fine of 2.5 Million for them together. After some discussion they did so.
Right after this, Selitz with the Geilenkirchen chased the missing IC-Shire. Meanwhile this violater might have landed on Oder shipyard, as the Quantum multiplexors were changed for engine components.
In the end the Shire was stopped at the trade lane to Brandenburg Border station. Officer Selitz tried to levy a fine and order the contraband to be dropped, but the IC cpatain did not comply. The Geilenkirchen opened fire on the Shire, and the latter was destroyed when the RNC-Ostsee arrived. The contraband was destroyed. Please see the guncam and commchannel records for evidence.

Next incident was in the Munich system. The Rheinwehr gunboat RNC-Panther had spotted a trading vessel with military vehicles on its test flight. Officer Selitz responded and surprised to find the vessel Dukki, now emitting a civilian ID instead of IC. This time, officer Selitz became angry, forced the pilot to drop the cargo again and pay a fine of 2.5 million. After some discussion the the captain complied to it.

And now I will have to tell you the most saddening part of this report. While returning to Frankfurt system, three Corsair ships had destroyed two Tourist vessels and were holding the civilians as hostages.
In exchange of credits they would let them free. As officer Wolthers could not find out their exact location - The Corsairs retreated very fast as soon as the Geilenkirchen was in range - he called up for reinforcements while trying to negotiate with the Corsair pirates, that identified themselves as Black Sails.
Officer Selitz was not sure about the current status of the hostages and so he did not want to get into a trap himself. An IMG vessel - the Dionysos - tried to negotiate with the Corsair to help officer Wolthers, but he refused as he did not want another ship to be a victim of the pirates.
Meanwhile the Rheinwehr secondary fleet did either not reply for the distress call or refused to help. He tried to lure the Corsairs near to Mainz station but this did not work. At this point the Corsairs killed some of the hostages and had destroyed another civilian vessel carrying vacationers.

Here, the Geilenkirchen, the RNC-Panther and the civilian fighter pilot had found the Corsairs, consisting of a Raba transport, a Gladiator and another ship, that could not be identified, possibly another fighter or Bomber. Escape pods were of more than 1.000 civilians were floating in space, so this time officer Selitz did not hesitate to tractor them into the cargo room of the Geilenkirchen and bring them back to Fulda, while his other two assisting ships were holding of the pirates:

Here, officer Selitz went for another emergency rescue of another 630 hostages. While under fire from both the Gladiator and the Raba he was succesfull with this and brought them back to Fulda, too. With the pirates lost somewhere in the Sigmas and no hope of retrieving the hostages, all Rheinland ships set route back to Rheinland core space. Officer Selitz has landed on New Berlin.
We have lost at least one new Rheinwehr gunboat, two or three civilian vessels and about 759 hostages, while only one Corsair ship could be destroyed.
I do not know how you, dear Oberkommando think about this incident, but officer Selitz feels guilty and responsible for the loss of the 750 civilians despite the fact that he could rescue about 1.100 to Fulda. He is even considering retirement and I am buzy to convince him not to do this.

Guten Tag,
today i began my duty with a visit on the Battleship Strausberg in New Berlin.
The mechanics tld me that my Mjolnir can fly, but is not so flyable to launch to space.
There are some things still needed to be repaired like the Hull.
So i leave the Strausberg and fly to Dresden where all looks ok, so i move back to New Berlin.
After i fly to Stuttgart i got a Message from a Trader that he saw many Copper Smugglers these days in Hamburg. So i move to Planet Hamburg and set a Stational point near Altona Station.
Many Trader from Liberty came and all can pass they cause no violation of the Law.
Then one shown up Callsign Pan40 comming from System New Berlin. I order him to stop and he follows.
Then i did a cargo scan:

I order him to drop the cargo be he denid and try to flee to open space. I follow him and order him to stop again but he tryies to engage cruise engines what i disrupt.
