Few weeks ago, during my patrol in Omicron 85, I detected an Hacker vessel. When I asked Hacker what's he doing here, he said that he's "lost". He followed my instructions and left system peacefully.

Few hours ago, as you know, two Hackers appeared to be in Omicron 85. They also claimed that they're "lost" and they also followed instructions and left peacefully, even if it took some time. And, as you know, they tried to obtain our weapons even without permission from you and other High Command members.

I think this is getting out of control. Hackers appear in system much more then in the past, and I'm concerned about it. They don't have hostile intentions, I'm aware of that, but I'm not sure if they can keep secret. I knew few Hackers who just wasn't good in keeping secrets, and I'm afraid there are more.

My suggestion is increasing patrols in ring of few kilometres from Omicron 85 Jump Hole, and even in Omicron 85. Or maybe increase penalties for people who aren't approved to enter, regardless of their affiliation.

Buenas dias, Senor. Ive noticed the uptick in system violations as well. Most of the ones I have come across are 'just exploring'. Like you I havent noticed any overtly hostile intentions or a sense of coodination between the groups; just random trespassers. I think part of the problem is we arent keeping a close enough eye on the system. If you get a jump alert from one of the sensors around the 85 hole, go investigate IMMEDIATELY. You know that with the visibility and sensor muffling effects of that system, people can disappear quickly.

For now continue the same policy regarding violators: Tell them to leave immediately. If they delay or cop an attitude, destroy their vessel and take any survivors to the slave markets. I do not care what affiliation or faction they are. If they arent Outcast, they leave or die. Note this does not mean shoot on sight. Give them a chance to leave. If they are too stupid to take that chance, then we can kill them feeling good about cleaning up humanity's gene pool.
