Good day Mr. Hale

According to Our conversation, I'd like to send some light on case of bully of Civilians in Liberty space
- a specially Junkers.

It's come to my attention that lately many Liberty Navy Officers declare Junkers as an Enemies of the State.
More than that - they without any reason or warning attack and destroy Junker ships,
also that include ship of mine.

Maybe You notice that though I fly with Junker ship beeper or affiliation if You want to name it that way,
but I still got Civilian Papers, that is becouse I'm citizen of Liberty and Liberty Civilian.
Junkers help me many times, give me shelter and offer me an hand when I got problems
- so I show my support for their cause through Junker tag on my ship.

Now back to main topic - Liberty Navy as Officers of LAW schould protect Liberty and their citizens,
but instead that many of them using their position, abuse their power to purpouse of bully,
threat and attacks Civilian and Junker pilots in Liberty and border space.

In nowadays those attacks on Junkers have increased, from news in Junker bases
I know that there was several incidents in with Navy Ship open fire on Juner bases.
A week ago I was blown to pieces few times - each time by hand of Liberty Navy.
few days ago when I was travel in NY, Gunboat capitan try to force me to leave area of Manhatan
"becouse I'm his enemy" and threat me that He will kill me and other Junkers.

You ask for proofs...Well I got my proofs, I've already send some of them to Liberty Command,
but as I mentioned in our conversation Malrone rejected them.
So far the only one who were punished was DeH_MeH.

Anyway, here is some data:

I was saved only because there was an LPI officer, but when he left he send me an direct transmision
with another threat :

There was much, much more similar incidents - but since I do not catch the name of the ship or do not have an any solid data
(all was destroyed in ship explosion) I cannot present them or give any more names nur proofs.

I do not mention of big accident with LN and LFS few months ago - when my ship was destroyed just becouse some moron say that I'm 'crmininal'
or just becouse I might cause danger becouse I drink some Wine and Vodka.
I do not mention about behave of bloated Marlone - who each My complaint treat like an toilet paper.
I also emit a lot accidentally hits of my ship by other ships driven by Navy, LPI or LSF, and then attempt of fine for broken tail lights.

So, Summarizing the problem is real - and do not give me an bluff-talk about smugling ilegal cargo, or slaves.
In none of these incidents did not possess anything illegal, well maybe except my still growing antipathy to Navy.

Let me explain something about the secondar fleet.

There is very very little I can do to hold them accountable for their actions. Despite this, I am the man that everyone complains to, and demands action from, regarding their behaviour.In order to do anything regarding the secondary fleet, I need to file countless paperwork, and hire a small team of lawyers to ensure that I am doing so within the universal Laws of Sirius.

Given the turnover of vessels within the secondary fleet, I am willing to bet half those ships no longer exist. I know that LNS_Captain._ini_[NL] and LNS-Albania were renamed a number of months ago, when the official guardians of sirius law informed them of the fact the names of the vessels were in breach of Sirius Law.

Rapier-x - Issue is one of sirius law, not something that I can handle. Situation was also some months ago.

DeH-MeH - Issue of Sirius law, and thus not something I can act upon. - Situation was also some months ago.

LNS_Shiro - Issue of an idiot in charge of a vessel. I don't control secondary fleet recruitment. I can do nothing about this. I can tell him that junkers are not directly hostile to Liberty, but that is all. Until he breaks Liberty Law, or a direct order from myself, there is nothing I can do, because it is a secondary fleet vessel.

I'm not going to act on situations which have been dead and cold for several months. I'm not going to act on anything done by the secondary fleet unless it is a direct breach of Liberty Law.

In short, don't bother me with any of this, unless it concerns a primary fleet vessel. That being one that has the naming tag [LN].

I just thought that You got bigger authority and power over Navy Forces
even in secondar fleet - Apparently I was wrong...

In my opinion there is or should be some post in Liberty Law about
immunity and obligation to protect Liberty Civilians by Liberty Navy.

Anyway - I just hope that nobody will assassinate me during my travels or in sleep...
