InRP do the Phantoms exist?

Pleaase do not invis this as I am asking a question related directly to RP. If a character has had dealings with the Phantoms bad or indifferent do they still remember that?

Or are the phantoms being retconned out entirely?

They were a non Npc faction they only existed so long as they kept there rp up and activity witch neither exist for the moment but could be resurrected at some point.

Treat it as you see it.
The Phantoms became inactive, which inRP would be basically less activity.
The Phantoms became un-official, which inRP would be basically little to no activity at all.

They ain't gone, their bases remain after all. They certainly aren't bombing Cambridge though.

Phantoms is NPC faction. It has dedicated IFF, thus it is. Thus it exists unless devs/admin says they don't.
