Looks uhm ... Jinx'ish.
But hey, it's a Zoner vessel. I wonder though how it'll look ingame.
Well, fits the line you made for the Zoners, similar style.
Very good looking and quite fitting its purpose overall.
Even though I don't like the tailsection that much, I think it's a bit too long (and a little bit too thin maybe). Or does it just look that way?
Also I'm not sure about the "look-through" hangar, how will pilots access their ships?
Or is it mean to be that there are some kind of hangar/air-shields?
Does that exist in Freelancer?
Ah, anyway, just some minor things. Guess I'd still buy it if I felt like I had something good to do with a Zoner Carrier.
Looks nice. But for the love of god, will you please apply some sort of filtering to your textures when you render them for your posts? That nearest-neighbour filtering looks horrendous.
As I mentioned on the dev forum, a model update for the Aquilon was sorely needed, this is definitely a good step up.
Two suggestions; The rear is a bit too skinny and long. I'd split the tail in two, making it look less like a stinger. Each half would go over its respective engine block, and either go straight back with the outside edge curving in while the inner edge is straight, or the entire thing curves back inwards, almost reconnected at the back.
The other suggestion is about the side wings. The current ones bend at the tip and make it look like a beetle from the front and back. I'd decrease the angle of the bend to the point where it just slightly bends downward, then also bend it backwards, so it points to the side and back, instead of downwards.
