Unfortunately, they do have that appearance quite often.
Keepers, Phantoms, most people given Terrorist ID. It just seems like an excuse to use the best of everything and be pvp whores. I see little RP from any of them, with the exception of The Phantoms when they are in Gamma.
This is not a complaint or flame. Just my own observations.
Sorry, but I'm not going to debate about this nor will participate in flaming fest. I have answered to question the original poster (Chopper) have asked.
p.s. to answer kingvaillant's question (since it's trader-related): no, alien organisms do not count as nomad cargo.

Nobody could say that Phantoms are not RP'ing. Virus is right, since its already hard for them, everybody would push on a Phantom at first sight in most cases. Terrorist ID is a unique one just as the Neutral ID and can not be solely used as an excuse for PVP lust. Phantoms do play their RP well enough but Keepers could develop a bit more maybe restricting some of the stuff. Anyway, I am not the person to determine the criterias of RP, I could only sound my humble opinion as I usually do. Yet they will still be the underdogs in Gamma and around if we consider the amount of the Corsairs available. Let's don't push on them much, I would say, instead give time..

that is just nonsense...
1. Keepers are not terrorists.
2. Players with terrorist IDs can't use best of everything
3. if they seem hard to kill is cause they are...most of them are great pilots...
No, i wasn't flaming.
Ignore the others, but answer Caedas on his post.
He has every right to ask such thing.
He was a clean trader, attacked by a Keeper in Omega-3.
And destroyed.

It is every Corsair's responsibility to die a beautiful death in defense of Crete, regardless of how OORP or how capwhoring the opposition is. Launch your fighter, joust the battlecruisers and die a beautiful death. Then, drink it down in the bar.

"Flaming" part in my message wasn't referring to you. To your question I made an answer. Suggestions are welcome but not necessarily will be implemented immediately nor it does mean that they will be implemented in the same or any different modifications. Taken into consideration that is. There are already many restrictions in place. As for Caedas:
1) He needs to send screenshots via PM to me first of the kill and his cargo hold at that time. Claims are not valid until proven.
2) There is no rule violation. I'm talking about normal behavior, it does not prohibit killing traders. Traders are the least concern for Keepers - that's why they are typically left alone, but that does not make them invalid targets either. Traders are not "untouchables"... You can avoid areas typically patrolled by Keepers, there are even specific paths they are commonly found at. Suffice to say it's very easy to avoid Keepers even if you carry nomad cargo, just be creative.
Yes thats all well and good for the most part but when you start patrolling and killing traders in areas outside of your ZoI then there becomes a problem. You say its easy to not have contact with the Keepers which would be true if you kept to your ZoI, once you start attacking traders outside of your ZoI how is a trader to know which systems your expected to be in?.
