The link about the Grande Guillotine appears to be broken, insofar as there is no mention of the Guillotine on that page.
All Mercenary characters were controlled by Renegade members. RP'd as mercs posing as simple civilians/idiots.
I can confirm this statement to be fully true.

C´mon guys, you can do better!
I admit we did do a bit of metagaming on this. And on behalf of everyone in the +LE+, we apologise. But then again, now we have reason in an RP stance to let the Gaians know you're using Lewis to move goods
And let me doublecheck on that Echo/

I know for a fact that there are more ships SRP'd then on that list. And I've seen the approval myself however strangely enough its not there. And if you look there is only one post, not 39 which means that something may have happened to the list itself. I'll see if an admin can look into such. I know for a fact that it was approved as well as the other items with our faction creation.

Let me say again into such to clarify. The name +LE+Slt."Vulpe" is for Second Lieutenant from our old GRN days. And thats the same ship dieter used to help with a /restart idea that happened a while back. All I was doing was moving it and going to give it a rename. Nothing more.

"Vrai pour Sable" means nothing in French and makes no sense whatsoever. If you're meaning to write "True to Sable", then use something more like "Loyal envers Sable", literally "Loyal towards Sable".
