Ok heres whats going on. I am a freelancer tagged and IDed gunship. I am flying a BH Gunship. I have 5 Order Turrets and 1 Basic Gunboat turret mounted. Am I breaking any rules? So far no one has complained about this, and I dont want to get in trouble with an admin. Give it to me straight. Am I out of RP with these turrets?

Well...I'd say it's shady, but with an FL tag/ID there isn't much to stop you, since a Freelancer could conceivably have picked them up on a ZOner base, and the BHG are very, VERY loose with their ships (as, it seems, the Order are with their guns), always out for a quick buck, so I'd say it's passable, though not exactly outstanding.

I don't have an opinion about whether or not your case is good roleplay or not.
But...
Generally what I view as good roleplaying is that if you want to use ships or weapons belonging to a particular faction, then you should get tagged and ID'd as that faction.
If you want to use corsair ships and outcast weapons, then start one corsair character and one outcast character. Starting, for instance, a Junker to do that (which is conceivable since Junkers are neutral or better to both Corsairs and Outcasts) just looks ridiculous to me.
If I had a Freelancer tagged pilot, I think that I would limit myself to Civilian ships and weapons.
Since you have a gunboat, I'm not really familiar enough with gunboat weaponry around Sirius to make a suggestion about specific weapons. I would generally say, I can see a Bounty Hunter gunboat using House weapons. So if you outfitted the gunboat with all Liberty, Bretonia, Kusari, or Rheinland gunboat weapons, then I don't think anyone could legitimately complain about it. Mixing and matching a lot just appears rather silly to me as a general rule. I guess I am just an extreme purist in that way.

I pretty much live in the border worlds, so I guess I just migrated over to the order. Never realized that what I did on my ship could be seen as a ooRP PVP Whore setup..

I took another look at your ship's setup, and you might want to look at it this way:
Would The Order let you even dock at their base if you showed up in a Bounty Hunter Gunboat? I doubt it.
Much less would they sell you their weapons.
Your rep might technically allow it, but The Order and BH are mortal enemies. The fact that your pilot is a Freelancer wouldn't seem to me to make much difference.
The enemy of my enemy is my friend, but the friend of my enemy is also my enemy.
So doing business to the point of buying a ship from the BH ought to disallow pirates from doing business with you, in my opinion.
