I am planing to build a base in Omega-3,Sector E3.
I think I should give the Goverment of Bretonia another Formal application.
This is a completely private base. Without any commercial purpose and military purpose.
People can't sell and buy any goods, weapons in this base.
And If necessary, British Official can use for help.
