If its intended to be used as a 24/7 Server think about Cooling cooling and.. What was it? Ahh yes, COOLING. We would hate to see all that hardware get fried;)

It's a good Idea but frankly the current server (Tho Over clocked to Hell) is performing well.

You fail! It's impossible for a cooling system that do not utilize phase change to reach temperatures below ambient. Simple thermodynamics rules.

Failure nr. 2. Basically, it's impossible for a processor to "blow up" with just a frequency change. If the processor/memory/motherboard/whatever cannot cope with the high frequency, the system will simply lock, in which case reseting the BIOS to its defaults will give you another chance to try new values. Overvoltage, yes, that is an issue, but still, if you know what you are doing, and change the value in small steps, a system lock is what you will experience. Air-cooling has a good ratio of cooling performance versus reliability so it is suitable for machines running 24/7. Water cooling on the other hand is not so reliable, since, as the tubing ages, is prone to leaks, not to mention that you cannot trust a pump entirely.
I, personally, think that a modern Dual-Core processor, 2GB of ram and a Raptor hardrive are all that FL server needs to operate at maximum efficiency, since FLserver is not optimised to use processor affinity, rendering Quad-Cores useless.
No comments on case aesthetics...
My recommended setup for a higly loaded server.
The motherbord is the foundation of the system, and the most important part regarding stability. The Asus P5K that bears the P35 chipset is a good choice, since it has proven its stability and performance. It also enables future upgradeability, since it is ready to work with 45nm processors
A Core 2 Duo 6850 processor. This processor has enough power to handle anything you throw at it, and good overclocking potential.
2GB of ram from Supertalent, Muskin or Corsair (depends on the local market). Note that unless you install Vista (where FLserver does not work efficiently, and i do not know bout IFSO either) you cannot have 4 gigabytes of ram.
2 x Western Digital Raptor 36.7 GB operating on Raid-1 (mirroring).
Thermalright IFX-14 cooler. This huge baby can dissipate ridiculous amounts of heat, while even in the event of a fan failure it is able to keep the system stable, providing that there is a good airflow inside the box.
PSU: FOrtron Epsilon 700W. This is a very stable PSU, that i have used on many client's systems and it has proven to be rock solid.
Case: A spacious case prevents heat build-up and keeps everything nice and tidy inside. the addition of air filters prevents dust from entering the case, that requires downtime to be removed. I personally use this one displayed.
It's a Chieftec BA-01, sold at 99 Euros here. Nothing too flashy, but easy to maintain and with good airflow.
This system costs 920 euros in Greece (prolly cheaper elsewere) and its a good server setup with future upgradeability and its components have proven to be of the most reliable around. I could go for a motherboard with an intergrated VGA, but those are lower tier models, with doubtable reliability. Especially if they bear VIA chipsets...
