Because it makes people act like this, and generally causes some people to hate others. We don't care about people's ability to be insulted or not, we do not allow others to go around insulting people or other countries on these forums.
You were warned just days ago to shape up your behavior. You came back from a six month ban, your next will be a permanent one. Think before you post and use polite and civil sentences, not what you used in your last post.
