Sergeant Law sits in the Sunbucks onboard the Baltimore shipyard in New York. Sipping a cup of hot cappuccino and having three cinnamon dusted donuts in front of him, he was discussing recent police operations with fellow LPI officers and sergeants in the cafe. After an hour or so when the other officers had left to patrol, the Sergeant started to type up his patrol report:
I left the Baltimore Shipyard in order to patrol an LPI trade transport that was transporting scientists to Coronado. After meeting up with LPI-TL-Crook.Hook near Willard Research Station in the California system, I began to escort the vessel in signs of trouble. Continuing our patrols we suddenly found trouble where we were going.[A]. Expecting a firefight at any moment, I was on combat alert status ready to repel any aggressors against our LPI convoy.
Later when heading back into California after our trip into Alberta, we spotted off the long range scanners a Liberty Rogue, suspect LR-Emblem.Of.Liberty. Upon pursuit the suspect refused to stop[F]. The suspect was hauling contraband[G], and his ID confirmed that the pilot was a Liberty Rogue.[H] The suspect then entered Galileo, making myself unable to continue pursuit. Unfortunately because of the situation developing in Colorado I was unable to ascertain if the vessel went into Bretonian space with definitive evidence.
Suddenly we had a situation developing in Colorado, where Recruit Officer Kriss White engaged Xenos terrorist elements near their base in Colorado. After receiving mayday calls for assistance I immediately had to leave escort duties and headed to Colorado with utmost haste[I]. Many units responded to the scene including Sergeant Tim Horton and Deputy Chief Oliver Shaw in his SWAT detail join us in the rescue operation of the Recruit Officer. As the officer was newly off the academy, it was a tough beginning to the officer's career.
However when less than 30k from the Colorado jumphole, Sergeant Tim Horton had his ship destroyed in action.[J] Arriving in Colorado I immediately set course for the Recruit Officer's position[K]. When I arrived I spotted three terrorists engaging the recruit: XA-Ronnie.Socha (Contraband[L]), ID[M]), Xavier.D(Cargo[N], ID[O]) and XA-Racer (Cargo[P], ID[Q]. I attended the battle and quickly warned the pilots to halt, and then engaged to assist the recruit. Not long later Deputy Chief Oliver Shaw assisted us in the battle. The battle lasted for 20 minutes when a Hellfire Legion started engaging, suspect [HF]-Meallan.Dagon (Cargo[R], ID[S]). Once the Xenos terrorists told the Hellfire Legion to engage, the Deputy Chief ordered us to retreat to Pueblo Station as we were outnumbered. As this was a rescue operation above all, I made sure the Recruit Officer's life was saved over my own.
It was then near Pueblo I turned back to make sure that the Deputy Chief and the RO escaped safely. Unfortunately doing this duty and to get guncams, I risked my own life. The enemy used Cruise Disruptors from escaping, and the battle ensued once more. Using the thruster and totally outnumbered, I retreated to Pueblo. Under instructions of Deputy Chief Oliver Shaw, I then attempted to dock with the station. However, by following this order when docking procedure was taking place I was destroyed by [XA]Ronnie.Socha.[T]
Another suspect broke the law by providing and assisting the terrorists in the battle with providing them material support (nanobots, shield batteries) and moral support, the terrorist EAR-Ebola.Cola, spotted when assisting the Recruit Officer[U]. The suspect will be charged accordingly for breaches of section 1(4) and 1(5) of the Liberty Laws.

Sergeant Law enters the Texas precint with full uniform, with LPI cop donned on his head and full black uniform on with sidearm and other components attached. Walking into the precint he heads to debrief after a long patrol with the Captain of the Texas precint. After an amicable conversation, he heads positive to an LPI logs room where he starts writing his report.:
Exiting Planet Houston after a short patrol the day before which consisted primarily helping a newcomer to the galaxy, I headed off to enforce the embargo, as 70% of the time it is open and free for pilots to breach embargo. After not long patrolling with LPI-Allen.Benson[RO], a suspect a one Camaro refused to stop for inspection and fled[A] at the Liberty-Rheinland border. The suspect kept fleeing until a Cruise Disruptor was used. Around 6-7 warnings to stop, to heed, to halt, to stop due to the law were refused. Even explaining the embargo was not enough to stop the suspect. That is when I issued the order to open fire - as a last resort, as I was unable to ascertain the cargo as the vessel did not stop for a cargo scan.
At this point however we were still chasing the suspect.[B). And further[C] until we opened fire. The vessel was at its hull and last resort when it kept disobeying orders and then jumped to Hudson[D].
After this incident we continued patrol of Texas and things seemed pretty clear. We then heard from a trader that there was a pirate in California. Responding and heading into New York, I found that the suspect was actually in New York. The suspect Billy had a cargo of hostages[E] and fully confirmed Outcast ID[F]. At this time I knew I was outgunned and outmatched with the weapons I had installed so I did what any other reasonable law enforcer would do: Call for backup. Rather than commit suicide I circled the suspect to keep an eye on him until backup arrived.
It was then I spotted a second suspect, a one Zack.Xterios. While I didn't know who he was I quickly realised his affiliation without even looking at an ID card or have an accurate transponder. While the gunboat was mercilessly attacking the trader [C]-CLT-Saint-Verdun, the suspect was encouraging the Outcast gunboat to continue his attacks, as well as chasing the trader himself! [G] Whilst a normal civilian would continue his journey or perhaps flee, Zack continued to follow and support the criminal. I even took a guncam of the suspect's vessel[H] and his cargo[I), for evidence incase he joined the fight. As the suspect continued to support the Outcast, I had suspicions that he would attack without warning. The suspect when the Trader was killed even laughed at the poor trader's death. How tragic can this be, and yet an innocent man was laughing at the death of a trader.
At this time I was incapacitated, my engines were stopped by the Outcast. As shown in evidence I, the suspect even said "close", in support of the Outcast's actions. Seeming I had no chance but to fight, the suspect stood in apprehension and support of the Outcast, verbally queing and providing support, but moral and perhaps logistical, for the outcast.
Calling for backup[J] and then engaging the Gunboat with a fighter, I fought as bravely as I could. Luckily backup came[K] after a 5 or so minute battle, and not long after the suspect was Terminated[L].
All the while the suspect Zack.Xterios kept supporting the Outcast by communications until his end. After the battle I made the decision to fine the suspect $800,000[M] for the crime committed under section 1(4) of the Liberty Laws, which states:
Causing, contributing to or participating in a public disturbance.
This is defined as encouraging or being a part of a public disturbance, which includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical altercation between individuals, polluting the house of Liberty by dumping toxic waste into space and destroying property under ownership such as cargo depots.
As the suspect was encouraging the rather public display of piracy and battle, of course he would be charged such. He refused, claiming he had no money. I then placed the suspect under arrest[N] to be imprisoned on LPI Huntsville. We escorted the prisoner[O] to LPI-Huntsville[Q] and gave a prison sentence[R] that justified the fine (//less than 10 minutes).
After the suspect was imprisoned for around 5-10 minutes, we let the prisoner out. The prisoner then groveled and then came to me when I was on patrol. Seeing the suspect had no nanobots or shield batteries, I donated all my batteries & nanobots. I then gave him $1,000,000 to help him find a ship if he liked and continued patrol. This in retrospect was a bad idea, though I hoped at that time the suspect would use it for rehabilitation needs.
Continuing patrol, I spotted another embargo breaker: Ledin(ID)[S] who had brought from Rheinland a large amount of Military goods.[T] The suspect was ordered to stop but yet continued his route, and kept fleeing.[U]. I then warned I will open fire.[V] This wasn't heard as the evidence shows so I gave a Code Green as superior officer on duty to open fire. Once opening fire we nearly destroyed the vessel to about 5% of its hull, unfortunately it fled into Beaumont base. I recorded the occurance and continued patrol.
After that incident we heard on the comms by Liberty Navy Secondary fleet, vessels LNS that there was a pirate in California. Heading to the location with myself, the Recruit officer and a SWAT officer we attended the scene. Suspect Nikolai.Diavolo. was spotted with cardamine[W] and his ID[X]. After informing the suspect that he is under arrest for the possession of Cardamine and for piracy in the[Y] tradelanes which he was doing when we arrived, I gave code green to engage the vessel. After a battle that raged for close to an hour, the suspect destroyed my vessel [Z] and that of another.[AA] After further battle that raged in California, the suspect limped with a broken vessel to the Rogue base in California, not fighting to the end but rather cowing in the field, like most terrorists do.

Stops on your patrol/trade route: Well, I stayed in division 2 for the entirety of my short but productive patrol, only circled California.
Brief report/outline of your patrol: Well, nothing much. I patrolled around all the lanes to make sure they where clear, which they were. In the middle of my patrol the BAF merchant fleet, as designated by the [Convoy] on their transponders, jumped into the system from New York and reported in. I could tell one of them was obviously drunk so I spoke to them over system comms and was able to intercept them at Planet Los Angeles. The convoy leader flying a Bretonian gunboat was drunk and after a short conversation I decided to fine him 100,000 credits for his infringement. I let him go since they said they where heading to leads, but when I followed they started to carry their light arms towards Ontario instead, i didn't think much of it so I left and ended my patrol.
Aryn is in a local bar after the disappointing day and thinks about the report...He has always hated too much paperwork.:
I started my patrol off Hattan finding a peaceful New York. Odd. Met with an indie Navy vessel reading "Battery". He joined me on my patrol.I didn't mind, some help is always appreciated.
New York was too peaceful until we received a complaint about a Rogue in Pennsylvania. As we tried to get to Pennsylvania, more and more traders confirmed that there was a Rogue at the lanes. Soon after the jump we found the criminal - LR-Immortal.Entity. Flown ship was a Barghest Bomber - traders' worst nightmare. He had some civilian pilots on board,I made him drop them. They are safe now on Hattan.
Oddly, the rogue was not aggressive at all. I issued a fine of 2,500,000 Sirius credits, for making a trader drop all of his precious cargo.Problem is,the rogue refused to pay,as he didn't have that "much chips" on him. He was placed under arrest and the process of escorting his vessel to Texas began. Everything went fine until we jumped to New York and he broke off a trade lane and vanished deep into the Badlands mocking our attempts. I chased for some time but had to give up,the Badlands are a dangerous place for many pilots. All th evidence is attached below:

Started off with a rush, a SWAT seargeant calling me from Colorado. I found several engaged in a battle with Nikolka Diavlo, a Lane Hacker. I joined the fight, a s directed by the LPI sergeant J. Aryn, and got a few hits on him. Was hit by a mine and sustained critical damage, had to eject. Missed the outcome of the fight.
