Administrator, this is Adam Spire. I wouldn'€™t bother you with this if I wasn'€™t bothered by the restriction to Freeport 9 and Corfu so help me to understand this.

1) Any ship that is under attack is forbidden to seek shelter at Freeport 9 or Corfu Base, with the following exceptions:
a) If the attackers are aliens;

This first part concerns me greatly. Are you a human administrator? Are you allowing aliens, Nomads to seek shelter at a Corfu base that is partly owned by the Bounty hunters and prevent access for a common freelancer to practically the only safe harbor in the system?

b) If the ship under attack is a transport delivering supplies to zoner bases;

Again, does this mean I have to run into an enemy fleet and get half my ship torn to pieces before I have permission to land on a Freeport?

c) If the ship under attack is flown by Zoners (Zoner ID);

I thought about this one for a while. That still restricts even a Zoner passing by from landing unless they have some cargo for Corfu or the Freeport. What the hell is going on over there?

d) If the ship is under attack as a consequence for aiding a Zoner, directly after the incident.

Define '€œZoner'€ because you people are making it really hard to determine what is and what is not a '€œZoner'€ If I distinctly remember when an old Zoner whale broke the law in Rheinland and we blew it up, the '€œZoners'€ said that with no centralized '€œZoner'€ government, there is none to whom responsibility falls. So how the hell am I supposed to know if the '€œZoner'€ I see isn'€™t some pirate with a '€œZoner'€ ship. I think many of us remember the two '€œZoner'€ bombers that tore up half of Sirius about 6 months ago. I sure the hell don'€™t.

2) You may not use Freeport 9 or Corfu Base as staging base or supply base for operations not agreed by Freeport 9 administration.

Are you planning something Administrator? A staging area? Since when is a Freeport used to stage war? A supply base maybe. That happens a lot in Omega 3, but that'€™s another issue.
I feel there is a motive to prevent conflict here, which I can relate to, but the way you have laid this out makes the whole system seem like a No fly zone.

I don't really understand what your problems are. Unless you misunderstood the rules and frankly that would mean you can't understand standard Sirius language. Please, use a licensed translator, not every counterfeit software you can find on the market, translate the rules again in your own dialect and come back when you have some real questions.
