but wait... since im ''U RUSSS)))'' my chances are 1/0.00000000000001
damn stereotypes and damn bad my country players... most of them at least... at least I know that im fine:)
On a slightly related note, I've actually been seeing a lot more admins serverside recently. I like this very much, keep up the good work! There seems to be almost constant [Admin] coverage of my timezone, but I'm not so sure about the other timezones. I think in-game Admins is a great thing, and hope it keeps up.
Well, admins are the gods in discovery, they decide whats going to happen in storylines and such, as well as handling technical matters and ingame matters. They do pretty much everything.
Thing is, we don't need more admins, we need something like ''Server Police'', mainly, people that have enough time and can be actively on the server, flying around, watching fights and making sure people don't break rules. And would have the ability to beam/.kill people if they need to.
Yeah, something like that. They wouldn't really be helping any newcomers or anything, or doing any forum work, just pure ingame stuff, making sure everything goes in order, especially in combat situations.

It's called sanction report.
Anyways, like people said already - The admins always look for suitable members and I am sure they are always happy to see, if they find one, who wants to do the job, too. However, more admins doesn't mean things would go more smoothly by default (Quality of administrating skills and whatnot in that direction).
There's a critical mass of Admins. Two few and nothing gets done, over wrought on the sanctions nonsense. Two many and a decision takes months if not years. We have enough at this time, rest assured if Cannon thinks we need more he'll holler.
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.
I would like to see a type of "game masters". Basically admins should primarily stick to the technical side of rules. Game masters would be to keep eyes on events, battles and raids. It would lessen the need for sanction reports and should increase the satisfaction of the participants of said battles/raids/events.
ofcourse these individuals should know a LOT about lore and RP development.

It's been said many times over the years, but the admins aren't going to partition admin duties into the lesser/greater varieties. When a person agrees to the position, they agree to all its burdens.
So, I would humbly suggest suggestions that are less pipe-dreamy
