However I'm here to discuss the business, we are currently developing a new operations in order to strike into the heart of pirate threat on our borders and in Honshu. The name of that threat is Outcasts and i believe they are a concern to your patrols as well.
I want to open a coordination center between our organizations in order to organize the more effective defense in Sigma sectors and, if necessary, to strike on their patrols deeper into Outcast territory.

I see Kusari's foreign agency weathered the internal shuffle fairly intact. Past agents, if I recall correctly, found the previous Samura regime's "down with all foreigners" policies too stifling. We have a history of opening our arms to Kusari's KPT agents, the idea has been that your presence in our space meant there was already a Kusari lawful presence onsite rather then a full KNF invasion over a few pirates or having to extend and increase the KSP's overall budget. We will gladly continue to co-operate with KPT agents again under these premises. If you are willing to respect our laws and are willing to work with us on keeping neighbouring armies out of our space, be it Hispanic or even your own, then we have an agreement. Long term room and board is still set aside for your agents on Aomori Station in Honshu and you have access to our stations including within Sigma-59 where you'll find a group all too familiar with the Hispanics at our back door.
