Its Aoi Isijin base. or how they were called. its same Wild, but Kusari ones. I dont know much, but I heard they were less agressive then Rheinland one and more closer to Kusari then to Nomads. I maybe wrong though... wikis info are damn unstable sometimes and rumors in game not helps out as well...
anyway? where is my cash? Order ship awaits to be created

thats why I sayed I can be wrong. I heard that after Nomad war was nomad infested Kusarians. but I never saw any myself so cant say anything. Rheinland guys are Das Wilde , these were Aoi Iseijin. Wilde were animals Iseijins were more human'ised and tried to not fight. again: Im not sure
Wilde + Isejin is the damn same thing, more or less..
Except the Isejin is the Kusari version of Wilde, and they are less in numbers. Iseijin was more sneaky.
In the absence of any public notice whatsoever from the Das Wilde saying that they'd like to continue the roleplay of the kusari wild as well in the absence of the Iseijin, I was forced to assume that they have no interest in the kusari part of things. Who would we ask then? The rights should transfer to the nomads.

That's not how it works.
In the current case you need the auth of the official faction bearing the NPC TAG before doing anything. Nomads aren't Wilde IFF so while they technically have a higher say than the Wilde in roleplay, in rules term their opinion in null. There used to be two Wilde official factions, the Aoi are gone, that's right. Das Wilde are still here, and even if they're not active in Kusari, the base is still their.

I realise that.
Do consider however, that the ownership of the base has not changed yet. All we're doing is attempting a capture using the player base mechanic. And since we got mwerte in discussions now, that issue should hopefully sort itself out.

Consider it an error on my part.
Errors can always be fixed just like you did, so it's not a big deal really.
