Your report on the HoT has been noted, we are currently in the process of registering them as hostile entities to Confederation stations, there have been a couple of delays with the call-sign register throwing up some errors but rest assured that this matter is being dealt with.
Regarding your report on the Jokerz. I shall deal with this matter posthaste, I thank you for this second report.

Well well well, this is certainly interesting, I've been hearing a lot about Freeport Five recently. I suppose that I'll have to start handing out consequences. I think you for your report. To address your concerns no we do not carry parts for any non-zoner capital vessels on any of our stations, that being said on most stations we don't have the parts to perform anything other than basic repairs on any capital vessel. This of course can only be said for bases under the umbrella of the Confederation, I cannot speak for Zoners in all of Sirius.

We were headed to freeport 5 for repairs and a rest and as we were coming back from a Deep Space Explorage mission to search for new things throughout the areas of Omegas, and naturally our exploration party was damaged by solar dangers, radiation etc... A large group of corsairs was near the freeport and then they were taunting about and stuff.... Shortly they had opened fire on our vessels, we were planning to dock before they attacked but it was too late, they already did.
Even thought they opened fire, we initially refused to attack them, as we didn't wanted to break the NFZ rule even if they are not able to follow such simple rules, but ultimately, because they brough several bomber squadrons, cruisers, and even 2 legates, just to take out 1 bomber and 3 cruisers commisioned for a deep space reconnaisance, we were forced to open fire in an attempt to break their blockade and commence an emergency dock on the FP.
Please do something about these hostile 'guests' we only came here to have a simple repair and a rest. We didn't fire on any of them.
Just wanted to let ya dudes know, there was some pirate guys, tagged "HoT" loitering around FP1, pie'rattin', picking fights, all kindsa stuff. Someone told me to report it here, and that's where it be. Dunno if its at all helpful to ya at all, but whatev's, whats the harm?
Some IMG came and beat the stuffing out of them, from what someone told me. *chuckle* Good thing those fella's can look after themselves, yeah? Yeah.

Good day to you!
The reason I'm contacting you, Sir or Madam, is simple. I had the misfortune of running into an unpleasant encounter, confronting me with an issue I had thought already resolved a long time ago.
I am talking about the pilot of the ship known as "Executioner-[HoT]" , who has been a thorn in our side for a while, and his as of yet unknown assistant, a hardly more honest pirate flying the ship "Jblee!".
For your convenience, I will summarize various events, as perceived by myself and my partners. You will find evidence documenting the events attached at the end of this message.
The first occasion on which I encountered "Executioner-[HoT]" again was yesterday, as I supported Bretonian lawfuls in responding to reports about unlawful activity in Omega 3, at the Cambridge gate. Unlike the two corsair vessels that were there with him, he ran towards the Freeport immediately. Mr Robinson, Lieutenant of the Armed Forces, began pursuit and recorded evidence of the pirate docking at Freeport 1. In order to make everyone's work easier except mine, he forwarded this evidence to me. You will find it attached as File 12.
Checking Omega 3's lanes today, as part of a routine patrol to ensure safety for our transport captains, I was stopped by a disrupted lane ring, catching "Executioner-[HoT]" and "Jblee!" in the middle of pirating an independent Borderworld Exports transport "ChanLao". Similar to yesterday's encounter, he took flight back towards the Freeport even before I could tell him to leave the trader to his business.
To avoid bringing more trouble to Freeport 1's population than necessary, I set my guns offline and took the opportunity to have a talk with the pirates. Regardless, they engaged multiple lawful transports in direct vicinity of the Freeport 1. I asked them how they were still in possession of valid docking codes. Depending on which of their vague statements is true, you might want to consider either having a talk with your software security expert, or taking a look around for suspicious employee with access to docking rights. I contacted the captain of the transport as well, who provided insight on what happened before I arrived. You will find Files 1 - 6 documenting these events.
Hours later, I caught them again between Freeport 1 and Aland shipyard, pirating yet another transport. I didn't hestitate this time, and attacked them to defend the trader. As reinforcements arrived slowly on both sides, and a group of Hessians decided to attack the Corsair affiliated vessel that had been supporting the pirates, the two pirates lead the battle back to Freeport 1, and docked. With these actions, they endangered its whole population significantly, and demonstrated how any provisions to exclude them from your facility have either not been executed at all, or avoided by unknown means. Files 7 - 11 document these events.
I urge you to keep your word and ban these savages from your installation, for the good of its population, and that of our trading captains, whose lives are at risk on a daily basis.

I'm looking forward to seeing this problem dealt with soon.
While I'm was near Freeport 1, just admired at the stars and awaiting for my friend appears a [HoT] tagged ship. He's tried to pirate me, but I refuse to do so. I won't pay to imbecile, which is have no respect towards Zoners.
So, he's started fire upon my Corvo class vessel "Andromeda". I multiple times asked him to cut his fire, but he's refuse to do so. When shields was on critical level, my gunners started to shoot back.
I've dropped his shield few times, and after that, being understand that his death is question of time - docked at Freeport 1.
Also, while attacking me, he's tried to damage Freeport few times, I'd recommend to look at guncam number six, which is contains a track after SNAC shot.
This is Cino Marquez of The Corsair Brotherhood.
I was on a patrol mission aboard my familias private owned gunboat "Lightsaber".
Long scanners indicated hostile activity in O41, we went to check it out.
Came along a small Outcast, destroyed him and went on to the O41 system.
When we arrived I saw a Bounty Hunter gunboat heading straights towards us.
We intercepted him and the gunners opened heavy fire on him, he returned in the same manner.
When our crew got the upper hand , he fled into Freeport 5's no fire zone.
In hot pursuit , our gunboat closed in on the freeport.
I ordered the gunners to hold fire but a frightened Zoner rookie squad then opened fire on us,
luckily we made it out.
While shaking off the distressed Zoner fighters,
the Bounty Hunter proceeded to engage us.
He opened fire next to freeport 5 in the middle of the no fire zone,
I've ordered the gunners to return fire in order to save our hides.
