I'll be brief and to the point. I would like to work for you. I am a Liberty-born Freelancer, ex-LPI. I need cash, and I need a job. I figured signing a contract with the KNF would be a good place to start for both. You may or may not need any help, but regardless, I am asking. I tried contacting one of your leaders about a week ago, but I have gotten no response. I can only assume that either his long-range communications are non-operational at the moment, or he is behind enemy lines. I would be willing to be a one-man-army for your cause, if the price is right. Contact me soon....

subject: Special report about a new threat
!!!Warning!!!
Today i made a routine patrol and stopped on Sigma 13 JG (Honshu) to scan traders for contraband. A Mandalorian Merc, "Luc Mcloud", was comming closer and opened fire on me without warning.
I was completely surprised by his cowardly attack. I was able to evade his fire. To avoid destruction and to report this new threat i was retreating from the fight.
The dishonourable mercs have taken a contract to hunt down KNF officers. They have misused the neutral terms between us and them.
I strongly recommend to declare war to the Mandalorian Mercennaries until they do retreat from this contract.
They must learn, the life of their fellows isn't worth the bounty set on our heads. They will have to pay a price higher, than the stinky credits they earn from this doubtful contract.
For the safety of our shogun i recommend to fight them in Kusari where ever they show up. Additionally we must contact our brethren to fight them in the name of the shogun.
Death to all enemies of our glorious empire.
My life for the shogun!

Forgive my late response, I have been... busy.
We Engaged upon Contract. We have not made any breach of terms or even of our neutrality. Our disclaimer even states that if we kill one of your vessels, then its nothing personal, Just business.
You are taking things to extremes in thinking we are making an act of war. We have to make a living too, you know.
I am called the coward for engaging AND Pursuing you? You, my friend, are the coward for not continuing your engagement and retreating when you could have easily won.
You dare to call us Dishonorable, when you have brought shame upon yourselves by retreating and not falling in combat!
To declare war on us because we are trying to make a living and the fact that we did nothing out of spite is a highly unwise decision, as you already are at war with SF, and not to mention having NovaPG on your doorstep.
We will not tolerate the KoS on our heads and will not withdraw the bounty placed on KNF's head. It isnt about credits, its about homes. And even if you do kill off some of our pilots, it'll be a small sacrifice for the home we have been provided. Thousands more would have died than you could have ever killed had we not accepted this contract. So there is no price we will not pay to silence this once and for all.
Now for OUR rebuttal; We will return fire, so to speak and turn around and declare war on you if that is what you want. But beware, you already have enough on your plate, having NovaPG, and all of Bretonia, not to mention other Kusari pirates against you.
We await your reply. Our terms are simple, we will not withdraw our contract and will retaliate should you declare war.
Our relations towards you are still treated as NEUTRAL.

While the engines on my Chimaera were undergoing the last checks after a long overhaul I received reports of a major pirate activity in the Honshu system.
I immediately jumped into my ship, dismissed technician's warning about not pushing the engines to much and flew at best speed from Tau31 to Honshu. By the time I got there only one pirate remained in the system. I found him close to Akita border station and immediately engaged. He was flying a bomber but it didn't help against the mighty Chimaera.
To ensure safety of traders in the Honshu system I'm now docked on Akita border station ready to respond to distress calls.

Igiss says: Martin, you give them a finger, they bite off your arm.
While on patrol with ensign Toshi we detected a Liberty Navy Raven Claw call sign USS-raven in New Tokyo. When questioned about his business in Kusari space he claimed to have escorted some traders.
He was requested to drop his flight recorder and leave Kusari space as the data in his flight recorder might find their way into Bretonian hands and be used to plan raids against Kusari space. As he was flying an LSF recon ship with enhanced sensors he could collect sensitive data that no traders passing trough Kusari can ever acquire.
He pretended that he didn't know about the ongoing war which was very suspicious ! I ordered him to eject from his ship and gave him 30 seconds to comply. He did not eject in the given time and his ship was destroyed. As his auto-eject mechanism worked properly he survived the explosion.
I tractored his escape pod and delivered it to his commanding officer USS-Midway in the Galileo system. To compensate for the lost ship USS-Midway was given 1mil credits.
Trespassing in Kusari space in times of war will not be tolerated!

The contract has been made, and, waiting payment, I sit around Kusari, stopping pirates. First one downed was this fellow in Shikoku. I caught him terrorizing traders, as well as destroying a ship so small that I wonder whether he's a pirate or a terrorist... regardless, here is the proof:

Kusari Battleship Thamores' Fang reporting for duty. We've now fully outfitted the ship and We're ready to assault the bretonians, Any chance of a co-ordinated attack?
I received a transmission that a BSG pilot in Kyushu was under attack by Blood Dragon. I teamed with ensign Toshi and proceeded at best speed to help him out.
Arriving at Aso we found 2 BSG fighters fighting a Blood Dragon Bomber and a Fighter. The bomber was our primary target and he was slowly going down. When a Blood Dragon Gunboat arrived.
We switched our fire on the Gunboat leave the Bomber to escape. The gunboat soon exploded under our fire.
The remaining fighter run back to his hideout. The BSG vessel was damaged but survived the ambush.
-------------
After this fight me and Toshi went to the Honshu system to investigate a possible hostile contact. I was at Akita border station with an allied Kusari Destroyer when Blood Dragon pirates arrived:
2 Gunboats, 1 Bomber and 2 Fighter.
Strangely one of the Gunboats had the same designation as the one we just destroyed in Kyushu. His hull gave away after a short fight.
The Kusari destroyer exploded quickly after and we switched our fighter on the second Gunboat. He recieved some critical damage and left the battle. Bomber was our next target and he got blown up after experiencing ship control problems.
This left me and Toshi in a fight against 2 Fighters. One of them was caught unaware by my Supernova.
Then an Ion Storm arrived and stopped the fighting. When it calmed down the enemy fighter was just leaving the system.
Resting after the previous fight I got a message from Toshi about an ongoing Dragon attack in New Tokyo. Over the comms I could hear about the destruction of one Dragon GB and 2 Kusari Destroyers. Then an Ion Storm hit....
...after it calmed down I arrived at the scene...... it was Masurao.. against 1 GB and 7!! fighters/bombers !! Together we damaged the gunboat and he left. But Masurao had to eject from his ship soon after that.
So it was me against 7 enemies. Running for my life I noticed a Kusari Battleship and a Destroyer coming to my aid. The Dragons started to concentrate on them which gave me the opportunity to use my weapons:
Three enemies were downed in quick succession!
Ensing Toshi came and together with the battleship we downed another Dragon. One other was damaged and fled. Leaving only one behind... he tried to flee but fell to our guns as well.
I was passing through New Tokyo today and I witnessed Banderas.B[TBH] pirate two defenseless traders, demanding two million credits from them.
He simply asked: "2 mil or your life and cargo"
He was able to coerce both traders into handing over the money, and was probably going to get me too until I persuaded him with my neutrality(I'm under level 29).
I find that this is quite a problem. Corsairs with the audacity to stray so far from home!
I don't think that Kusari space is quite as safe as it used to be anymore...after reporting the incident to my superiors, I was simply informed to leave Kusari space immediately.
Sincerely yours,
August Lee, Sirius Union VP.

In response to the recent Corsair activity in Honshu and Sigma 13 I stationed my ship on the Akita border station to quickly respond to any distress calls.
I launched with reports of a Corsair bomber pirating in the system. The bomber was found close to Sigma 13 jump gate and destroyed.
I proceeded to Sigma 13 to make sure that no pirates interfere with the traffic there. I run into a Golden Chrysanthemum girl flying a Blood Dragon fighter. Despite being a female she showed great piloting skills, but one mistake was enough for her to loose her life:
As I watched the explosion another Corsair bomber came to my scanners and was swiftly eliminated
I landed on Akita and repairs of my ship are under way.
