Greetings, some of you down there in the more important parts if Bretonia may remember us!
We had a little home setup in the Newcastle system a while back named Lindisfarne Island and
we know it wasn't as important as others and that non cared for like's of us in our Great house
space, but we held it dear in our hearts and we wish to build a small monument to Lindisfarne
in Newcastle, we know it's a vanity but we here Request permision from the crown all the same.

Hello there inspector, yes it does take the form of another base infact the very same one
again! and there is our probem!
We were already once officially recognised as a legitimate installation in Bretonia but due
to incompetent management & scamming by some firm i'd rather not even start to mention
here, our base was destroyed & is no more. With us talking of reconstruction we were
reading the charter & were wondering if chapter 5 still holds for us, especially 5.3 ?
plus! we can't seem to see what that charter offers back to the citizens that put their
trust/money & donations into Bretonia! With not having me mess up this nice charter with
questions & such and take up any more time from some of the hard working BPA) out there
who are at it non stop! i'd like to ask you Inspector Hone if you could? maybe look into our
little cause here & help us get back on track with our lives?
I assume you are asking weather or not you have to pay an additional fee for your replacement base? Although mismanagement is your own fault, if there truly were scams, then you should report them to us so we can investigate, file charges, and perhaps give you compensation.
I will pass this along to my colleagues, we will discuss additional fees/compensations, and get back to you, any evidence you have regarding these alleged scams will be useful and appreciated.

Thats correct Inspector, we're enquiring into these fee's n such like it says in the charter:
5.3: Bases already permitted at the time of these zoning regulations coming into effect will
not be required to pay further licensing fees.
And yes, our choice in caretaker was a very bad move indeed! though we've not much to go
on i'll get you the info/files & cam shots we have as soon as we can.

Dear sir, I have consulted with my colleagues, and as long as the rebuilt base is EXACTLY the same (Same name, same location, same function, ect) as the previous incarnation, no extra fees must be paid, to quote my Superior:

Interested about us being scammed! It was by these bastards here at the BMS!
The excuse they gave was a complete lie, we don't even think they stepped one foot in our base
& if they did it was to empty our holds first before letting it rot! we calculated that we would last
10-11 days without supplies before it blew up & thats exactly how long it lasted, data recieved by
BPA) officers & neighbours agree with our own calculations, not only leaving our base to rot, they
even had the nerve to take all the cash from our ships for his effort, all they had to do was load
us up once a week, an hours work if that!
I can provide all the paperwork we have in dealing with this but not at this exact minute as all
this is giving me another migraine thinking about it, i will have all the data sent to you inspector
just to prove we're not scamming you & we thank you again.
