Doing this on the suggestion of a friend.

I would like to send a shoutout to all the LNS who believe they are competent in a fight, and that they can hold their own in an engagement. That does NOT mean sending in battleships against snubcraft. It does not mean sending 20+ warships against 5 cruisers. This opportunity is open to everyone carrier to Gunboat.

Also looking for competent interceptors who know when an enemy cap is trying to jump a friendly by cruising in, and stopping said cruising person with a well placed CD.

Extra points to those who have mics, or are willing to get in a skype or TS call to coordinate a defense/ops.

If you fit(Or think you fit) any of the above criteria, Skype Me.

Edit: No, I will not just simply toss you in the chat if you say you are good enough. You will be tested for PvP, RP and overall willingness to try to be an effecting captain. Don't missread this as "PVP whores only", as even if you are not the best captain, you can still be good in a group that follows orders and has a keen eye for tactical opportunities.

Edit numero 2: Skype is andrew_the_cool. Or PM me. Or ask me to add you and PM your skype to me.

... would recommend you also extend the invite to those who want to learn. Group tactics, like everything else, is something you get good at by doing it. LABCs tag teaming Rheinland caps, if coordinated, would be a massacre I wager... Also, when you say "Skype me" it's customary to leave your Skype ID Wink

This already exists, AD. There are a little over 45/50 or so willing, competant and able individuals in a chat for the very purpose of coordinating and and developing new ideas, from both the indy and factionalised navy types.

Andrew, if you want to contact these people, I'll unblock you and add you to the chat.

Its in my profile >_> <_<

But yea, the invitation is for all who want to learn actual tactics. Or the discovery version seeing as most tactics don't really work in space/cloaks render them useless.

Joe, there is a difference between good captains that know how to fight alone, and people who have a tactical mind and would want to see a battlegroup/strike force working with perfect unit cohesion against odds that most people would say are "unfair" or "omggank".

Yup. Statement still stands. You can find those people in that chat.

Andrew we got 41st, SFC, [LN] and LSF there to help us. Another group seems counterproductive at this point.

Yes but Andrew isn't a part of those groups and probably has had an issue with their leaders inthe past, so of course he's not going to work with them.

41st doesn't do tactics from what I have seen. Same goes for SFC, [LN] or LSF. LSF doesn't even use caps.

Not part of the group, and contrary to your belief, no I don't have an issue working with their groups. Its just they don't do enough tactics and strict military RP for my taste.

So you're going to say both of those things, from the perspective of an outsider, and you're going to try and create a group that already exists, without the cooperation of the groups who are -already- trying to work on the same exact thing?

Good game.
