I have something you need to see. Maltese Nation is reviving again with the council of dons restored and connection to guardians reestablished, but we still get irresponsible people amongst us. I've encountered two ships in Omicron Alpha space this morning.
First Aquillon-class carrier with no transponder, but carrying zoner ID "Peaceful-Intensions" Shot1
Second Storta-class destroyer with proper trasponder, carrying Maltese ID "Owl.in.daylight" Shot2
It's unusual to see zoner caps so close to Malta, so I've checked their holds. And guess what I've found. Aqilons Hold Stortas Hold
My attempts to communicate with them failed. Stortas captain explains for his massacre of guardians were like, he is going to produce a drug from remains that will be much better than cardamine. And zoner carrier left to Omicron Beta alleging that he isn't an enemy of Maltese. Shot3
I've several times try to explain that killing guardians is no good, they should return remains to Galicia station at Omicron-81, but I had no firepower to stop them.
I've sent this to you Comandante to maintain a chain of command, though I've been tempted to go with this case to Council directly. Please, bring it to attention of other fleet leaders as soon as possible. That shouldn't happen again.

I have brought this to the attention of the council, and those responsible for these acts will dealt with. Thank you for your vigilance, keep your eyes open for any other individuals whom believe these actions are acceptable, they must be routed out and destroyed.
