To whom it may concern:
I, Blain Spike, former Vagrant Raider Overlord, former Liberty Rogue "Ace" and general dissident in the eyes of the Liberty Navy, would like to seek asylum in Liberty. I request a new life, a new name, amnesty from my previous crimes, and protection. In return, I am willing to give up any and all information, documents, ships, stolen credits. I simply want to retire and have a nice peaceful life, seeing as how my former employers, people who as such I called my "friends" have thrown me to the wolves. I was even shot at by a fellow rogue.
There really isn't much else I can say, I have already talked to the captain of the [LN]-LNS-Chico, and I hope he will vouch for the sincerity of my request.
Now. What do you need from me to make this happen?

As you probably remember, when the Vagrant Raiders disbanded, the Metropolis went off the grid. I left it floating...somewhere. I know where its been abandoned. Also, I have full technical specifications for the Raider warships, from the smaller hunter-killer destroyers to the Spyglass. Attached is the specifications to the Silver Lining, one of the Storta class destroyers.
Consider it a teaser of what I have to offer you.

I've checked up on some leads and it does seem you are indeed in a bit of a tough spot. Ironic how it brings you to those that you sought to kill. Either way the LSF does not care for petty revenge or compensation, your past..."transgressions" may be forgiven. That is, if this data you sent us is legit, we will be verifying it soon. But since you are so sure that it is, we can skip the waiting part.
Your trace to Beaumont is an obvious fake, however well proxied it may be. Yet you seem to be hunted by a good deal of firepower, do you require cover or can you come in yourself. I doubt I need to give a reason, you knew it would be a face-to-face thing ever since you thought of asking for Liberty's assistance.
You can always go underground, but for how long can you survive alone?
The rogues will do anything to stop me from divulging any information I have on them to any governmental agency, as well as Moka has orders for my death. So I believe I will need some help.
