Greetings, Bowex!
My name is Howard Jones, captain of the Bretonian battleship HMS Eastbourne. I'm contacting you with a certain business deal in mind, and for the good of our nation, I do hope you will be able to help us out.
After numerous battles at the front against the Royal Navy, the HMS Eastbourne is still in service, but has suffered substantial damage. Most of this was an easy case for Southampton's repair robots, that have brought the ship's hull back to an excellent condition many times. However, the docking bays were damaged as well, leaving much of their high-tech equipment trashed, a job these repair robots were not made for.
With all of Southampton's experienced engineers being busy with the design and construction of new warships to counter the threat from the north, and news of yourself taking a chance in the market of ship equipment, I turn to you and offer you the opportunity of repairing the Eastbourne's docking bays, outfitting her with two brand new docking modules. This should be good business for you, and will save the lives of many pilots who seek shelter on board the Eastbourne for repairs and supplies.
Please let me know if you're interested, and tell me more about the price you have in mind for this service.

Greetings, Mr. Wolfe.
Thank you for your swift answer, I am pleased to hear that you can take care of this task on such short notice. Bowex certainly deserves its excellent reputation. To my knowledge, King's Cross Station does not feature any mooring installations for ships of this size, therefore the Eastbourne will remain stationed at Southampton shipyard for now. Once ready, a delivery of the modules and crews responsible for their installation to Southampton, if possible, would likely be the easiest solution.
The high cost of such a repair was to be expected. Rest assured that the funds have already been gathered, a quarter billion sirius credits will be transfered once installation efforts have begun.
