There is a modular base right on the backyard of Livadia Shipyard, and that has the name of Livadia Shipyard!! But whn i say backyard ... maybe i should say ON Livadia Shipard. After some talking with one of the owners of the copy livadia shipyard, he said that both of your organizations approved the location! Is that true?! And may i recall you how some of he bases usually end?! And the dangers of that location been so ... close ... to one of the most important Zoner base?!!

OK people I know this post is addressed to the TAZ and OSI but I really feel that this matter involves me..

I am Second in command of the Zoners from/based in the Omicron 74 system.
(WE lay no claim to the system at this time as were not yet an officail faction)

The base in question is ours..

This matter has already been taken up and discussed with the Taz already...(No response has been made or recieved to date about this issue from the OSI)

I'm not gonna name name's as this is not a trial via forum and doing so will only get this post locked...

But I will say that I have spoken with members of the Taz on private channels and had visits from there members etc to inspect our base...

I'd like to take this oppertunity to say thank you to the taz for there input and advice.
It was a pleasure speaking with them...

But I will tell you the same as I told them the station is not gonna get any bigger than core two due to its location.
You have my word on that there for it should'nt affect the npc station above it...

We have not broken any rules and will in the not to distant future when the station is finished open its docking ports to all zoners wishing to use our facility.

As for its name it was given the same name as the station purely for camoflage reasons only...

I don't want to drag this issue up again.
It has already been resovled already.

Mr Eric Stone, you ask who am i, and it is simple to answer. I'm one of those who are the first to suffer when others make mistakes. I'm one of the Zoners that risk their lifes because they are not protected by deals. I'm one of the Zoners that are hunted, when other group are bored and decides to shoot someone. I'm one of the Zoners that live and die, and nobody cares.

I was on some of the greatest and darkest moments of the Zoner history. I fought wars that i don't know why they started, and saw with my own eyes good people die. I helped build stations. I explored far systems. And yet ... history don't know my name. Now ... is really that important one name?!

We all know that one simple mistake can bring death and destruction. You had a case very close to you, when Gallic and Kusari ships destroyed one of this type of base, on Tau 29. I knew that there was someone building one base on Om 74, but i tought it was on a more distante and quiet place.

Now ... did you gave they permition to build that base on that location? If you did ... pray to your Goddess for they don't make any mistakes, otherwise, while you are safe, the people on Livadia may suffer for other people mistakes.

The "name" is, which distinct us from others. Wich make's everyone unique even despite all our differences between races and believes. It preserves the main thing. the question "Who am i ? "

But getting back to the point of your transmission.
There was a message indeed that these zoners want to build a base in Omicron 74. But we didn't expect it to be so close near a place like Livadia Shipyard neither. I have had a conversation with this owner at that time. And while it is weird seeing it like this. We decided to let them have it. As we are not hostile to Zoners. But we cherish them to make their own private place. The fact its constructed in between Livadia Shipyard. It concearned me at first. As when they would extend their base it might block the Docking tower. Wich is only point we asked them to take care of.

I hope i have answered your questions enough in this case.

As the official spouter of TAZ wisdom an' policy, it befalls me to make it very clear on our view of current goin's on in O74 and people building tree houses in and around Livadia.

First off, it ain't a TAZ affair, we never gave our approval or otherwise for random bases being built in O74 - not ours to give mates.

Our responsibility for property ends at the various Baffin doorsteps, and whilst we are always interested in what goes on in the rest of the playground, and particularly with Zoners, we ain't necessarily responsible for it. Although we might give an opinion about decoration and taste in furniture of yer base when asked, if you go building anywhere outside of Baffin, it's down to you.

I had a chat with Doc about this and he's pretty keen to make sure it's emphasised that his interests begin and end at supplying medical staff to the Freeports.
