I have built a base, I did not hear from the Bretonian Authority when I sent a private message, I thought I was doing the right communication. I have already built it. The name is called Credential Storage Facility and it is in Chester. The base has no affiliation, it will eventually be a BMM base but is neutral for now. It will be used for storage of Gold ore for transport to Kusari. There is no illegal activity happening with the base. I understand that the base is considered illegal because I did not get permission in advance, I will glady pay the double fee for building the base before permission was granted. I am sorry for the infraction and hope find favor with you.
Chief Inspector Nathan informed me of his encounter with one of your transports. Unfortunately the government and its ministers are constantly bombarded with millions of neural net messages every week and a considerable backlog does build up. A more open transmission such as this one is preferred as it allows the BPA commissioners, Admiralty Board members and other officials to see it directly.
Now, getting on to your base. Usually we evacuate and demolish bases that have failed to register, but since you have attempted to register we can get this sorted. The fine of 250 million credits can be sent to BPA)Anvil with proof posted here, while the BCM2 representative shall handle the actual registration of the base.
Make sure your base follows the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law. We will require continuous docking access for BAF|, BPA) and BIS| ships, and no ships breaking our laws may be allowed on your station. This includes any non-Bretonian ships passing into Chester from Dublin, as this would constitute crossing the Tau embargo line. Also, as far as I know Kusari does not accept trade from the Crown's corporation, so have you hired a more neutral party to transport the ore? If there are pilots not covered by the Tau Trading Licence, either register them as a group if they fly as one, or individually. Working with embargo runners will have consequences for you too.
Also, while the exact location can be kept anonymous (since we already know privately), we do need your name so we know who we are talking to. Be mindful that in Chester, there have been some strange sightings. It's rather far for the BAF to patrol regularly, so you may be in greater danger than elsewhere.
The account was not able to be paid as you can see from the screenshot, is there another or can you take the necessary arrangements and let me try again?
In the meantime, please send the fine to my ship as head of the CCD - BPA)Schiehallion[CCD]
When space has been made in our funds I shall transfer it, but for now it will be viewed as paid there.
Your fine has been received, as have the full details of your base.
I'll open the channel to our government officials in BCM2, who can draw up the final agreement. Before that, the full base registration fee of another 250 million may be sent to the QCG|HMS-Victory
