I like Anaximader's idea. It's a funnier way to spend your stand-by time. I mean, I highly doubt newbies form up a line in front of Angels, so they should be able to spend their free time in Conn. Unless there's an in-faction rule that forbids them from going to Conn, I see no restriction for them to go to Conn.

Anyways, myself I often receive questions in PMs on my "high ranked" ships. Which I of course always try to answer with my best possible knowledge. It surely won't help you much if I tell you to get 1,5 bills on all of your ships, but it's somehow logical, that new players ask their questions to "rank 90 players", who - in their eyes - seem to be more experienced ones. So how about doing your connpew with your "bankchar"?
Shouldn't be an issue for Angels to do some pewage in Conn, especially if they're trying to show folks some of the Discovery special features like turret zoom. Same rules apply: Mutual consent for any PvP must occur in Conn. Just remember that being on an [Angels] char means you're primarily there to help folk - if you feel like pews, logging an angel is prolly not the best idea.
