Let's imagine a wonderful world where...
You would lose everything on your ship except your scanner and your id when you F1 in spess...
Because F1ing is all fine and dandy, but it can hardly be seen as an in roleplay action, is it?
Besides, it is pretty much abused to death.
Code campers (especially me), pirates F1ing near gate/hole, people F1ing as soon as out of range and switching chars in a blink....
Wouldn't you think it would make things better if people where actually forced to start their thing from their base AND end their thing from another base?
Now you will say... "But Yao, you're stupid. What about when people desync/have internet probrems, they will lose all equipment?!1"
Well i know i'm stupid, it isn't new. However, maybe that would be possible to add a trigger to the F1 action somehow? Who knows.
Well the idea in general is a good idea, yet people disconnect alot.
Their Internet dies and they would loose everything they have. I really dont think its possible to setup a trigger to tell weather it was intentional or not.
At least make it to where when you F1 in space, you get shot back to the base you were last on. That will solve the problem better than anything imo. No one loses any equipment or cargo, they just lose the time and effort they put into going to where they F1'd at.

That's nice, will just 'lose connectiong' in this gank.
*bleep* *bleep*
Un-docks somewhere else, flying alone loike a baws.
Pull connection cord, pop up in base, refill, return to fight, say it was accident. Auto-Refill
And no more need for suicide trading!!! No one will ever catch you if you trade it off to your other ship, then just F1 in the middle of nowhere to be back at your original base
However, returning to battle refilled won't be a problem if F1 = pvpdeath.
You could still ask people if you can rejoin, it's np. If they are cool kids, they will let you, aight?
Now about the suicide trading. Well it is a problem, indeed. But it isn't much different from people suiciding in sun right now, if F1ing means a personalized death messages.
