navy pilot can find a rogue fighter in LA, then a second one from mojave, so he calls every LN in system chat, including other systems, that's lame, but in a way it does unite the LN.
Rogues don't give a damn about other rogues, unless a indie rogue happens to be passing by.

Were fools to make war on our brothers in arms.

Liberty has been a cancer for as long as I've played Discovery. You learn to take nothing they say seriously and go there with the intention of fighting.

I play pretty much exclusively pirate at the moment. And yes, it can be frustrating to always be out manned and out gunned. But any other way would totally break the game. If the lawful forces didn't overwhelm the pirates/unlawfuls then Liberty would be pirate country. Pirates would be the ones chatting outside Manhattan and if a LPI undocked he'd have to pay up or die.

Trading would be unprofitable, as you'd get stopped on every tradelane since there'd be so many pirates (due to all the lawful players switching to pirates because they don't want to get ganked all the time.)

I'm glad there's players who can't stand losing. Because those players end up joining the "winning" side. We're just lucky that Discovery has the correct "winning" side, lore-wise.

The day you can dictate what's going on you are no longer unlawful. The powerful makes the laws.

The other day, I was casually flying around on one of my Bounty Hunter characters.
I came across one of the Valadorian pirates, he was a unique chap, flying in a Sabre.
He was being engaged by not one, not two, but three Liberty Navy fighters.
I watched in horror as the act of dishonor and bad fair play was carried out.
Though, the Valadorian was skilled enough to fend them off, barely.

Edit: and then inform the indies, so we have less threads like these.

Since LPI is a corporation, and thusly a civilian entity...this should be pretty obvious. The LN, acting as the uniformed defense force of House Liberty, and controlled by Liberty's federal authorities, will obviously take charge in matters of 'national security'.

Of course, the LN, and it's indies, shouldn't feel the need to take part in civil law enforcement, as that's the responsibility of LPI, however, in space, the line between civil law enforcement and matters of national security...is quite often blurred. Realistically though, in most matters, the Navy would take control of the situation, since they're acting directly at the behest of Liberty's federal government, and patrolling territorial space is kind of what they do, much like earth Navy's patrol the territorial waters of their nations.

Winning attitude right there. Noooo let's not try to fix any problems that we find, let's just pretend to be obtuse and add to the chaos that sometimes makes Liberty unbearable.

You sir, win the internet.

It's not Liberty's as house or [LN]'s fault, it's because there are lots of indies on capital ship who doesnt want to overcome lvl-Redisdead, who has poor skills and RP lvl. Let it be as it is. If you can deal with it-fine, if you can't- Sirius is large.

Ideally with 3>1 ratio of indie caps Liberty should be the safest place in all Sirius. Instead it's a 50/50 gamble. As Lonely Ghost stated well, space is mostly empty go be lonely in empty space.

I disagree. There's indie caps in every npc faction that have caps, that's not the issue.

The issue is distribution of players and lack of restarts.

If there were fewer systems and more rewards to spreading out of Liberty, there would be more hotspots for activity. More restarts and proper information regarding restarts when booting up the game would encourage people to not cling to Liberty. Noobs would be distributed more evenly, instead of nurturing their ill ways together in the cradle that is Liberty. Noob density would be lower, and it would be easier for experienced players to set an example for noobs to follow.

The problems regarding Liberty are solely the responsibility of devs/trade developers IMO, not the Liberty factions or Liberty players per se.
