well, first off, Let me say that this is not a leaving thread and no, you can't have my stuff.
After running the Xeno Alliance for almost 4 years I thought it would be best if someone new took over. The time that I was had to fully run the faction previously has been curtailed a bit due to me also being the leader of the IND and an Admin. I felt that that lack of time was not good for the faction and it's continuing well-being.
I thoroughly enjoyed being the XA leader and had lots of fun. Even though everytime I flew I usually was sent home in pieces. I will continue to be in the faction, but will be taking a desk job on Refugio Station in Alabama. I hear they make good coffee there.
I have handed the reigns of leadership over to Evo who has been in the faction for a while and has the time to continue the XA in true xeno form. I know he will do a good job.
Seems it's a good opportunity for me to say that Lancehead is going to retire aswell. After finishing some pending business, I will probably stick to some paperwork in Alabama (advisor's job) for as long as it'll be needed. Or a bit less.
And no, you can't have my ships neither. I've passed some of 'em to shared XA accounts and deleted the rest.
When I handed the XA over to you, I never dreamed you'd have continued leading it for so long and so well. It's been a genuine pleasure flying with you as a xeener and against you in a guardian.
(bow) I wasn't here in the "glory days" of the Xeno Alliance but nevertheless, I've had a love for this faction from day one. While it saddens me that you're passing over the reigns, I'm also excited for the future and what it may hold. I'm going to be doing my best to not only keep this faction alive, but improve it to where them stinky foreigners dread trading in Liberty while we're online
You better... You'll have the old farts watching your every step and judging you while drinking Mother's Finest and smoking cigars reclaimed from foreign transports.
