Meine Damen and Herren of the Rheinland Federal Polizei,
as you have noticed, some major changes were undertaken due to Inspekteur
Carl Becker's retirement.
In order to keep the main department of the Rheinland Polizei working,
the following promotions are hierby announced.
Kadetten A. Steiner and Franz. Gauss, you two are promoted to the rank of Wachmann. Welcome to the Polizei.
Wachmann Heinz Erhard, due to your gut work you are promoted to Detektiv. Keep it up.
Within the higher ranks of the Polizei, changes were also made.
This affects the following officers:
Detektiv Wolthers will be promoted to Oberst.
The reason behind it is to oversee the daily work of the Rheinland Polizei
and supporting Oberst Renate Bommel in her work.
Komissar Artura has proven himself for the Rank of Direktor and hier therefore deployed.
This should ensure that the administrative duty within the
main department will not suffer again from absent officers.

SUBJECT: New ships for RFP arsenals.
Tonight SEK team managed to capture 8 Raven's Talon class fighters during succesfull raid against illegal ship dealer on planet Berlin. Raven's Talons were transfered to RFP arsenals, and engineers say after brief modification those ships will be fit for duty.

Gut day Damen and Herren,
while I took the Geilenkirchen on a patrol through Rheinland, ein RepEx ship contacted me regarding an OS&S liner violating against the trade regulations by hauling toxic waste.
The RepEx pilot informed me that the liner was last seen heading to Koeln system, therefore I set course to it, where I actually found said violator. This time the OS&C liner had HIgh Temperator alloys aboard.
As I found the violator near Wuppertal Refinery, I levied a fine of 4.000.000 credits and ordered him to unload the alloys on Wuppertal again.
The captain obeyed to my orders, unloaded the alloys and payed the fine. Due to some heavy ion storms the evidence of the payment got lost, but I can ensure you, he did.
Meanwhile I have forwarded the fine to the RFP|Arsenal.

Guten Tag...
Earlier today during a routine patrol in New Berlin system I encountered something unexpected...It was 2 Liberty Navy capital vessels in the vicinity of planet New Berlin... Luckly there were some RM vessels nearby and a SEK vessel was also called into action so we were able to quickly neutralize the threat...I am also proud to announce that I managed to capture escape pods of 5 high ranking Liberty Navy officers...They were delivered to planet New Berlin where I am sure our intelligence officers will keep them busy for some time...
I hope this will set a clear message to our enemies that the Vaterland always was and always will be safe as long as the last of us stands in it's defence...

SUBJECT: Duty report
Oberst Wolthers hier. Today something rather strange happened.
It seems like more and more civilians think they can haul military vehicles without ein proper license. Nun, I showed them how wrong they are.
TLAG sensors showed a ship called HunterHms carrying them. I intercepted the vessel, that flew under ALG ID and interrogated it. Meanwhile another ship with BMM IFF under the name of Turtle jumped in as well with the same cargo.
I ordered them to pay a fine of 5 million and unload their cargo in Munich again.
The ALG vessel complied and headed back, Wachmann Steiner took care of it, so he can say more about the further development.
The Bretonian vessel however refused to do anything, even started to insult me and still refused to pay the fine. In the end a Rheinwehr soldier an I were forced to destroy it.
During our patrol, I encountered a RepEx Titanic transport near Bonn. The ship was called [st]Loki-1. It was empty, nothing illegal aboard, so actually everything should be in order.
But when I started to ask for its intention, the kapitaen of said ship just started its engines and flew to Kreuzberg Depot, atlthough I ordered him several times to stop. This is a rather strange behaviour.

Later on, Wachmann Steiner and me had to face one Hessian Odin which was destroyed later on by me. I suggest Wachmann steiner is assigned to basic flight training again, he seems to lack the proper combat skills. This also counts for the Rheinwehr soldier...
At the end we also had ein Wilde incursion in Stuttgart which was taken care of. I am sure Wachmann Steiner will report about it in detail, as most of mein records about it were too damaged during the combat.

Guten Tag...
Yesterday during a routine patrol Oberst Wolthers called me to help with 2 vessels hauling military vehicles without permission and refusing to pay the fine...
One of the vessels had ALG papers while the other one had BMM documents...
After some arguing the ALG vessel gave up and proceeded to Munich system to unload the vehicles...I was ordered to escor it and he payed the fine of 4.000.000 credits which I forwarded to the RFP|Arsenal... As for the other vessel something rather strange happened... Despite the Oberst's claims of the vessel being destroyed I saw an exact same vessel hauling another shiment of military vehicles from Munich but since I was already ordered back to New berlin due to hessian activity in the sstem I didn't have time to take any pictures or interogate the vessel...

Later on we were called about two Wilde ships attacking people in Stuttgart...Upon arival we encountered 2 Wilde gunboats but one of them broke off and ran...Obers Wolthers, ein Rheinwehr officer und Ich engaged the remaining Wilde gunboat but we couldn't do much harm until ein Rheinwehr cruiser appeared...
Oberst Wolthers had to break off due to severe damage to his ship so the rest of us continued to engage the enemy... Finaly I was able to land a killing blow with ein torpedo after a few minutes and the vessel was destroyed...
My guncam was also a bit damaged during the fight but the kill confirmation was fortunately saved and can be found here
Also 2 Polizei piloten were rescued after the destruction of the Wilde vessel, one was recovered by a Rheinwehr officer and the other by me and delivered to New Berlin...
P.S. As for my fight with the Hessian ship I apologise for not destroying it and if you feel I need more combat training I will gladly do it as soon as I find time...

Meine Damen and Herren of the Rheinland Federal Polizei,
all Polizei officers, whether they are assigned to the voluntary forces or the main department are to acknowledge and obey to the following orders:
This means that all ships flying under the OSI tag are to destroyed on sight when they are being caught within our space. This order is effective from now on, until further notice. The Rheinland criminal database will be updated as soon as possible.
It seems like some civilians support Rheinland's enemies by secretly using Republican indentities. If you happen to see such vessel, report them to us immediately. We need clear proof for this.

It has been a while since my last report and I apologize for the delay but my duties have kept me quite buisy...You have probably noticed the increased hessian activities around New Berlin and Stuttgart...During the last few days I have been envolved in several skirmishes with these forces along with other RFP and RM officers and so far we have come out victorious in all of them, I myself managed to destroy at least 2 hessian gunboat class vessels along with my colleagues...The biggest concern is the increased number of capital ships being deployed by Hessians...
I would like to suggest an increase in patrol numbers as well as bigger patrol teams until there is a more permanent solution to this new hessian threat....

Guten Tag,
Yesterday during my patrol around New berlin system I came across a smiggler with a cargo bay full of counterfit software... This is not the first time I have met him and our previous encounter ended up with his ship blowing up...I recomend putting his name on the criminal list...Ship name is Sid-Stryker
Unfortunately while I was chasing him I got a message from an IMG convoy about a pirate near the Stuttgart jump gate... When I arrived I had something to see...It was a corsair gunboat class vessel...Luckily 3 more ships came to my aid and after a brief fight in Stuttgart and New Berlin the pirate was destroyed...I also recieved a notification about 2 VWA vessels near Dortmund Station but haven't made any kind of visual contact...

I am hereby submiting my report for the last 3 patrols:
23.04.
I started my patrol at New Berlin. Everything was calm and orderly, until I received a transmission from one of the Freikorps members about a couple of Liberty Rogue ships being spotted in Frankfurt. By the time I got there theyy were already gone.
After that the Freikorps pilot joined me on a patrol and we recieved a message from a transport captain about an LNS ship near planet Hamburg. WE went to investigate but couldn't find it. We were later joined my a BDM vessel and eventually we managed to track the LNS battlecruiser in Bering. WE engaged the vessel but the captain managet to moore up to the freeport so we decided to disengage in order to avoid unnecessary civilian casaultier.
24.04.
During my patrol around Hamburg I ran into ein Unioner pilot. I stopped him and gave him a chance to give himself up peacefully which he refused so I was forced to engage him. In the end his ship was destroyed by his own mine...Sadly I was unable to track down his escape pod...
25.04.
Once again, during a sweep of the Hamburg trade lanes I ran into the same Unioner who was eager for revenge this time. I tried again, to persuade him to give up and come with me which he refused and charged his guns...Once again the superiority of the Federal Polizei ships was displayed as his ship exploded when it ran into my mine...
