Did. So everyone else will have 1% when using it. But that doesn't include Nomad thrusters and shields. Well, I guess we'll be having loads of people using them now on their human ships.

So unfair, that the indie cant go outside of the Omicrons because the K'Hara usually go to the houses (which cant be go to the indies) to raid. Therefore, no participation. I see that restriction to block them from going and learn how to RP in the Omicrons.
