No enemies on missions

So, now i try to rep my char and what i get is no enemies appear at all. I saw like 5 ooc lines in system and local saying no enemies on mission... It's deffo server-side.

Edit: Tried canceling a mission now. Doesn't work either.

So everytime i can't do mission i can stop playing or i can start trading until 8am thanks .
